So this morning my brother and I went to have breakfast and we both ordered the sirloin tips & eggs. He had his eggs over easy and I had mine scrambled, his tips were med-rare and so were mine, he had hot tea and I had orange juice. Lisa, our waitress was amazing and awesome. She was very professional, very knowledgeable, very personable, and a credit to the staff. Our time was very enjoyable and very pleasant. The manager Bryanna Witmer was incredibly bubbly. She is an incredible individual and an amazing person. She greeted us at the podium with the biggest smile and a very cheerful personality. We loved it. We had been there before and were sat at table 43 and wanted to talk to her but didn’t get the chance that time that we came in. So this time we sat at I’m guessing table 45( maybe ), and we finally got the chance to talk to her. And WOW!! She is awesome. I wish more managers were like her. She’s very bubbly very happy and a very inviting person and her personality is just incredible. She made us feel very comfortable in wanting to come back and eat at IHOP again. I was a waiter for 23 years on the Las Vegas strip, and how many times I wish I had a manager that was like her. The type that would be so bubbly that it was contagious that you would want to be around her, and that engages your customers to want to come back and eat at your restaurant. She is definitely a keeper, and so is Lisa, and I hope IHOP values their employees as we value them as part of the reason we come back over and over again to our favorite restaurants.
Would recommend Lisa as our waitress everyday of the week. 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Lisa and definitely 5 stars for Bryanna Witmer-Mgr ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thank you,...

When we first walked in , we asked be seated in a different location. (Combat Vet anxiety) I should not have to disclose reasons for wanting to be seated elsewhere, especially in the same area my server serves. He said "I'd prefer you stay here" About eight minutes later three parties were seated in the area I wanted to be.
After being served our food.We did not see our server until he brought over the bill. No refills, no checking to see if we needed anything. So when he did come with the bill , I ask him for another meal and another round of drinks. The look I got that made me feel like I was an inconvenience. After the drinks came back he was missing a Starry° so I reminded him.
Moments later that second meal came through, As my son is trying to move his first plate to the side. The lady puts the plate on the table. My son then shimmies over to the left because there's only so much room available. ( Let's not take the old plate or anything)
My wife gets up to go pay the bill And was returned when she needed to grab everyone's military I.D. (Dennys only requires one I.D.) Still waiting around for some type of service, We ended up having to get up and request togo boxes at the drink station. ( while counting his tips ). We boxed up our food and walked out.
I'm not sure who's more at fault, Todd Or The lack of management. Todd was the one that greeted us at the door, He was also the one that showed us our seats. Todd then took our drink order. Todd then took our food order. Todd was also visibly seen bussing tables.
We never did get...

Let me explain: I walked in. Waited to be spoken to for at least 10 minutes. A Hispanic couple walked in 10 minutes after I was standing there. And a waitress swoops out of the dish area grabbing their silver and napkins and greeting them. I had to step in and let her know I was first. When I did. She put the silvers down and told me it would be a 15 minute wait. So we went right outside the door. They had our number. Came back in 5 minutes later the Hispanic family is seated and ordering. Then when we get to the table we make a simple order.i wanted no bacon or ham just sausage. She brought my plate with bacon and ham. When I told her she brought the sausage to the table and had me pluck the bacon and ham from my plate and put it on n empty saucer. Like I wanted extra or something but she's the one who screwed my order up. Didn't even leave syrup for the pancakes... at IHOP!!😔To give it to someone else idk. But whatever. I will never come here again. It's unwelcoming. And fakely friendly it's so fake you can feel it. I left her a tip but she didn't deserve anything. IHOP- When your staff is not diverse and your customers are. There needs to be quality assurance walking the floor to make sure people are not being served with a bias as far as service goes. It's your reputation and everybody loves pancakes. I will never come back here again. They weren't outright rude but this staff was not welcoming or creating an environment I'd want to EVER visit again!!! Do...
