I am a bachelor and as such I frequent Little Caesars Pizza and other stereotypical places like 711. Almost DAILY. the point being when I order the same thing for a very long time I know what it looks like when it's done. now I spent $11 including the tip I left her for a certain type of pizza. I ordered an extra most bestest with a crazy crust. now it's a pizza not rocket science. when you spend twice as much on the pizza as one normally spends, you expect to get what you ordered- that's why you specifically ordered it that way and paid extra money for it. especially when you tip someone at any fast food restaurant. (that is the last time I ever tip someone at a fast food joint) I speak Spanish and English and when you tell a person who is supposed to be bilingual that the order is not correct if you didn't understand that in English or Spanish you need to go do field work like picking vegetables out of the ground or something. that's for you whoever you are at 6pm on a Tuesday night on 3/23/23 at this Little Caesars-if you can't figure out the work thing-then you're basically a worthless human being and u need to go back to wherever you illegally immigated from and call it a day. that's just keeping it 100 - know...
Read moreI absolutely WOULD give a five star rating for all the previous professional and wonderful service I received, but yesterday was completely different. I ordered through the app as usual and as usual, the order was ready in no time (which I always appreciate 🙏)
However, when I got to the store and put in the code there was no pizzas in the shelf.The entire portal was empty, though somehow they still chose to use the very bottom shelf which to me seemed like it was purposefully done to hide the fact that nothing was there.
The two guys working seemed like they had absolutely no idea what they were doing and did not appear sober. They completely ignored me the whole time even when the customer left as I stood at the counter waiting to be served. I had to call out for one of the cashiers to ask about my order and was basically interrogated like I was trying to steal a free pizza before being handed two pizzas that had no sauce on one side and were cut so unevenly that two slices could make a half pizza. Read moreI placed an order online last night and paid ahead of time and everything. It went through the whole step process and said my order was ready to be picked up. However, when my husband arrived, a short older lady at the register that works night time said that she was trying to call us a bunch of times to tell us that our order is not completed and that they do not have it. (Did NOT receive ONE call as my contact information was on the ticket online) She said she ran out of dough. My husband was very upset due to them taking the order and saying it was being made in the oven to come and find out that the order was never being made and that we cannot get the food… my husband asked why she didnt just cancel it on the app instead of making us drive 15 minutes and waste our time. As he was speaking with her he noticed that other employees were making pizza with the (dough) she said she was out of.
