On 02/06/2025 at exactly 7:39p.m. I attempted to contact the manager of the store to report a food concern. I was informed that the manager had gone for the day, so I asked for a supervisor. I called the store after eating a prepackaged snack purchased at this location. My son and I both noted that the snack tasted like soap and smelled like bleach. I attempted to contact the store as I was concerned about product tampering. The supervisor I spoke with completely disregarded my concerns and made no attempt to gather information from me but instead was argumentative. I will be reporting this incident through proper "channels" that govern food safety but will just be consumer sourced from me apparently as the leadership at this store is unconcerned regarding food safety. Should've been a hint when they've gotten a below "A" grade from SNHD regarding food safety, which can be fact checked through SNHD "Southern Nevada Health Department"
The supervisor began to argue after I offered to give her my contact information for the manager to contact me as I was concerned about what our experience was, instead she cut me off and began to argue that no one else has complained about the product. I asked her why she was being argumentative, she said she wasn't being argumentative and that I am probably allergic to the product. She showed no sense of concern regarding a potential issue with a product purchased in the store.
After eating a piece of the product in question I started to get a burning sensation on my throat and burning sensation in my chest, then shortly after my 13-year-old kid started to feel the same thing. Worried that others might experience the same thing I was merely trying to alert the store, due to the dismissive and total disregard of my phone call and concerns I have no choice but to report this, as it shows the total disregard for public safety. I cannot believe that this is the type of behavior that represents the brand.
I told that supervisor take my information so that your manager can contact me, instead her response was "You're the only one complaining about that product" with an angry and argumentative tone. This was the opportunity to rise from a consumer concern.

Read moreif u like getting screwed with your money or over charged, then u come here! i returned 3 things and had a receipt. the cashier didn't know what to do and called the "wanna be" manager. she said she couldn't put my money bank on my card and wrote on my receipt, "store credit." next day i bought stuff to spend the store credit and had $1.96 left and the lame wanna be manager said she couldn't give me my change or put $1.96 for a store credit. She refused to give me my receipt from having $1.96 left and kept my original receipt that had the store credit written on it! when i told her i wanted my money, she said the $1.96 that was left was for tax. i asked to see the receipt for what i just purchased and she refused to show it. i told her i wasn't leaving till she gave me my money and she said "it was only $1.96 and i was greedy? i told her she was a terrible wanna be manager and she screws people over for heir money that's why she refuses to show receipts! finally had a real manager come help and i explained him what was going on. he was also confused on how the lady wanna be manager did the whole thing and took care of it also apologized for the dumb lady! and that's only $1.96 people!!! imagine how she got away with so much more!!! not the 1st time i've had to deal with her with getting my money... the other times i was over charged and she said i was charged right till i showed her the photo i took then she changed her toon! she's a crook! many...

The cashier named Diana was very rude and unprofessional she doesn't know how to greet her customers with a smile but instead she gave me and my family and attitude. She made us wait for our food because she said she has to use the bathroom then 8 minutes later she came back and started talking to another employee named Gloria we waited till they got done with wathever gossip there talking about some guy customer. Then Diana told us to help ourself that we have to get our own food and if we could pay at the register at Crispy Town instead of paying in her register.
