My server was Alma. She smiled all while not listening to what my twelve year old son told her repeatedly which was " I don't want noodles." Instead she rushed him and piled them on his plate anyhow. My best friend and I took notice of how patient she was with the customers before us. Also, their portions were piled up but ours were very skimpy in comparison. I called after leaving but got no answer. Most of the food wasn't consumed because it was dry and smelled scorched. So, I called this morning and spoke with very nasty, unprofessional manager named Rocio. She was very dismissive, she over talked me and attempted to put words in my mouth. I pointed out that we were the only black people in the establishment and our treatment differed from everyone in front of us. She said I called them racist but I never said that. I just stated the facts verbatim. A manager is put in place to resolve issues, not add further offense. My order was a bit passes the promised time, because i like giving them a little cushion time to get my order ready by the time I get there. There was an associate at the register named Samantha .. she completely ignored me. Looked right thru me i know she knew why i was there ... Not a single i will be right with you nothing NOTHING!! She finished adding the tilt in the register walked away to the corner did nothing absolutely nothing .. by then there was finally a customer ready to get rung up .. and that's when she goes back to the register still completely ignoring me (standing by the register) finished that transaction and still nothing .. then comes out the associate from the bathroom a d finally someone " noticed" I'm there. Read moreBUYER BEWARE! I came here late yesterday afternoon to pick up dinner. First issue was that they had REALLY old ‘chow’ mein sitting there, so I asked when a fresh batch would be brought up. They said 4 minutes - it took almost 15. Got my food, drove the less than 10 minutes back home, and ate shortly after getting there. About 2.5 to 3 hours later, I start getting chills. It’s 72 degrees in my apartment and I’m just freezing. Not half an hour later, my neck and back are stiff and sore, and I’ve got a pounding headache. Then I start vomiting, which I proceed to do for hours. Clearly, it gave me food poisoning. I got no sleep last night, and felt so miserable all day that I had to take off work. I called the manager at the store a bit ago, and they offered nothing - no refund, no apology, nothing. I’ve now drug myself off the couch and am on my way to get my refund.
