KFC — Restaurant in Winchester

Haven't been to this location in over 10 yrs because their service is horrible. Figured it's been long enough, NOPE! Big mistake! Stopped by here last night to grab dinner. When it was our turn to order, we weren't even acknowledged, the cashier just walked away without a word to us. A few minutes later the cashier walked up behind us to reach over the counter & grabbed a cup from behind the counter to make her something to drink. We overhear her tell whoever who asked her a question through her headphones, "No they haven't ordered yet." And made her something to drink. Still waiting in line for about 15 minutes, enough time for 2 separate customers to finish their meals, a single male closest to the door we walked through and 2 females who had shopping bags, sitting in the back of the dining area were getting ready to leave, filling up their drinks. Then one of the employees asked the older woman who ordered before us if its okay to give her chicken wings instead of legs, which she didn't mind. It isn't until then that someone finally comes up to tell us that they only have 5 chickens left. I have patience but this was ridiculous. I told her that it would've been nice if they informed us 10 minutes ago instead of letting us wait here knowing they're about to run out of food. Which, by the way, I've never heard of. But it happens, I guess. Our first encounter here, they managed to keep us waiting (apparently this is the normal), screw up our order and also refused to give us a water cup even though it was over 100° outside and we had to drive back, (about a 20 minute drive because this wasn't the location closest to our house, just convenient because we were in the area), to pick up the sides that they had forgot to put in our bags. Never came back because of their poor customer service. I was dreading the thought of walking back into that place after our first experience. But now? I'm NEVER going to this location again. I've learned my lesson. If I could give them ZERO stars, thats exactly what...

Nasty! DON'T go in the door. Soon as me and a friend opened the door, it was dirty. Glass door all nasty! Deserves negative stars!

Lets start with this was early in the morning! So yea, its a older store but rule # 1 it doesn't take no damn effort to clean your store 1st thing in the morning! I was disgusted by the filthy environment. Soon as you walked into store floor was filthy, sticky, nasty, my shoes literally stuck to floor.!!!! My friend and I shoes was sticky and making that sound when you have spilled something sticky and its stuck to floor. I would have fired everybody who claim they was at work!

Place was empty so why was the tables filthy, had NOT been cleaned! Had to walk around to find a half clean table. Yes this is not the best area, but damn, is this what you have to offer to minorities!

Manager needs to be fired! The cleanliness of your facility lies directly on YOU! You can tell that floor, windows, counters where not cleaned the night before or on that very morning. I wont even get into having several employees walk right by US as we attempted to get napkins, or how my chicken strips were greasy and soggy! Throw food away! DON'T eat here EVER on Maryland Parkway! I find it to be insulting to minorities, just trying to offer us anything, anyway!

EVEN a child knows they must clean before starting any cooking! Disgusted by them. Here I am looking for a job, excellent customer service, clean, awesome personality, and they wasting people money hiring these dirty people WHO has NO pride in work, environment, nor addressing customers asap with concerns. CLEAN your freaking store everyday! Cook ur food til it's...

Well it took a long time for the employee to take our order, but that was not the problem after we got our order, we sat in the car and ate it, it was our understanding that the store was to be open until 10:30pm, but right after we exited the store they locked the door, a few minutes before 10:00pm a few people came, but left because they couldn't get in then this car pull up nexted to us sat and was doing something on her phone for a long time then, was un able to get inside and drove off, cam back a few minutes later and parked behind me. When we finished I pulled out to leave and realize the only way out was through the front where we came in, I proceeded to go through the drive through but as I made it around the last corner the red car darted in front of me and blocked our exit, this is around 10:05pm , I honked, but no responce, some of the employees came out and one had called the Las Vegas Police, I was on the phone my self with the police, but I was told that I was not a priority and they will get to me when they finished up with there emergency calls, mean time the lady is yelling at the employees and I hang up with the police and one of the employees said they called the police but some time had passed and one just slowly drives by 15 minutes another one passes again, in no hurry I call the police again and and it is Obvious they intend to do nothing, so I had to take action into my own hands and I was able to get away the whole time in fear of my and my partners life. It is my Opinion and experience the LVPD are worthless, I don't live here, but I don't have too, to see worthless...
