Let me preface this by saying, I rarely give negative reviews because everyone has a bad day now and then. Upon my arrival @ the restaurant, I checked in with the young man at the register. My order was made online at 5:59PM. The order was supposed to ready by 6:14. The store was very busy, I understand that. No less than 12 cars went through the drive through while I was waiting for my order. Six other customers came in and received their food and departed. I patiently waited. At 6:25 I asked if my order had been started. It had not been started. After 10 more minutes I asked again. Again, I was told it was being prepared. 5 minutes later they finally placed my order on the counter. I then opened each container to verify if it was complete. It was not. I was missing two loaded fries. I asked them to please complete my order. A worker behind the kitchen window asked what I was waiting for. I told him "the rest of my order". He (Anthony) seemed to take it personally. He said "Not sure if you noticed, but we are kinda busy" I did not appreciate the attitude after waiting such a long time. Later, I completed the survey on my receipt. Shortly after I received a call from Anthony at the store. He proceeded to explain that I apparently "cussed" one of his employees out. Nothing could be further from the truth. Was I aggravated, of course but, I do not use that kind of language especially since he was a kid and was the only one that seemed to care. The employee said have a good night. I responded "that it will be a lot better now that I am leaving". I do not appreciate people lying about me. At the end of the call Anothy did offer me a discount of my next meal. Too...
Read moreI don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but my experience with Peyton Kinna at Zaxby’s truly deserves recognition. From the moment I walked in, she stood out with her upbeat personality and genuine kindness. In a world where customer service often feels rushed or forced, Peyton goes above and beyond to make every guest feel valued and appreciated.
What impressed me most was her outstanding attitude—she greeted me with a smile that felt sincere, not just part of the job. Even during what looked like a busy shift, she stayed calm, focused, and incredibly friendly. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and that kind of positivity is contagious; it lifted the entire atmosphere in the restaurant.
Equally impressive is Peyton’s work ethic. She doesn’t just go through the motions—she pays attention to details, makes sure orders are right, and checks in to ensure customers are satisfied. She balances speed with accuracy, which is no easy task, and she does it all while treating everyone with respect.
It’s clear that Peyton is the kind of employee who makes a real difference. Zaxby’s is lucky to have her representing their brand, and I know customers like myself will keep coming back because of the way she makes the dining experience so enjoyable.
Peyton Kinna is a shining example of professionalism, dedication, and heart. If every place had a “Peyton,” eating out would always...
Read moreI am a regular at this Zaxbys, I get the house salad/fried at least four times a week also a medium sweet tea. I spend about 45 dollars a week and the people who work through the week know me when I order which is nice. But most anytime I go through on the weekend there's been problems and I never call back to complain. Hpwever, today I went through and got a garden house salad around 2:20 to have for my dinner later on, and there was hardly any lettuce in it. Plus I ask for extra fried onions and didn't get those either. This time I called back and asked for a manager, she said her name was Linda and I tried to explain that I am a regular and get the salad 4 times a week, but she was short with me and said they are measuring the portions better now and I told her that there is no way the amount of lettuce that was on my salad was the right amount. She cut me off why I was talking and said to bring the salad and hung up on me while I was trying to tell her I couldn't. I called right back and ask her name and told her it was rude for her to hang up and that was calling another manager She said she thought I was finished talking but there's no way because I was talking and she hung up mid sentence. I am appalled that she was so rude to me as a customer that spends 45 dollars a week however she shouldn't be rude to anyone. I will be calling next week to speak to the...
