Let me start by saying that I have just recently moved to Winder in March, but since then I have been coming to this Taco Bell religiously. Some days are better than others, but today was the last straw for me. I started my order in the drive thru by asking "Do you guys have the Watermelon Freeze today?" to which I got the typical response of "No, we are out." So, I asked if they had the Baja Blast Freeze... and again I was met with a "no." As it turns out, this location was completely out of all of the flavors of freezes. I thought to myself, "Well, if they are out of freezes, I'll just get a Baja Blast." So I attempted to order a large Baja Blast soda and AGAIN I was told they were out of the Baja Blast syrup for the soda. So I compromised and politely ordered a large Pepsi with no ice, six tacos with no lettuce and a beef quesorito. When I make to the window, I was greeted by Shaundrea, who by the way, is the nicest and best employee this restaurant has. I pay for the food and it wasn't long before I received my food and drink, two minutes at the maximum. I also received a medium Pepsi with ice because they were out of large cups. Shaundrea let me know that she only charged me for a medium and she apologized for the inconvenience. When I get home, I begin eating my tacos and my wife begins to eat her quesorito. I noticed that the tacos have barely any beef on them at all, less than half the normal amount and are smothered in cheese to compensate. My wife looks over to me and calls my attention to her now deconstructed quesorito. The Quesorito had a teaspoon of beef on it AT MOST and no cheese besides the quesadilla wrap; it was all rice and tortilla. I'm not exaggerating when I say this! If I took all of the beef from my tacos and all of the beef from her quesorito, I would have enough beef for one taco. And if I combined all of the cheese from each of my tacos, I could bag it and sell it at the grocery store as a 2 pound bag of shredded cheese. I'm highly upset because I frequent this Taco Bell daily and its 60/40 good service and quality food. And if I get the short girl with curly black hair and braces at the window, I know I'm going to be waiting for a good 15 minutes for cold food because shes too busy on her phone and goofing off with the other employees. And this Taco Bell only had the watermelon freeze ONE DAY out of the many, many, many times I've been there.
I'm giving this Taco Bell a 2 star rating just because Shaundrea brings this place up a few stars.
Good luck with business and I hope you guys hire some good employees some day. This Taco Bell has potential, just not with the current...
Read moreStay away from this place!!! Worst staff and management ever!! My family has been here 3 times in the past couple months after nearby sports. Let me start by saying I’ve always known this place to be horrible but the other location in Bethlehem doesn’t allow you to eat inside. After going to that location multiple times between 7 & 8pm not being allowed entry we ended up at this location. During all three of our visits to this location, we have had to wait an uncomfortable amount of of time standing at the counter trying to get someone to take our order. I mean literally staring at managers and employees with no one speaking to us. This third time a manager came out and refused to take our order and told us to use some digital menu thing. Unfortunately for me I had promised my kids we would eat here so I ordered from the digital thing. However you could not order a cup of water on it. So I had to stand forever at the counter again waiting for the same manager to look my way. When she did I told her about the water. She acknowledged me but did not make them. By the way us and like two other people were all that were inside. We waited an extreme long amount of time to get our food. Then the manager still did not give me cups for water. I had to again ask her and she finally did. This basically sums up my experience each time the last three straight times at this location. Half of the time the employees smell like drugs as well and there is never a clean table or bathroom in the place. I mean...
Read moreLower your expectations! I visited this location right at 12p on a Sunday with a very limited line and was asked to hold. I should have know then it was going to be a disappointing experience. After a few minutes the girl takes my order. I pull around and this girl looks like she hates life. You could see she would rather be anywhere but at her job. As I pay for my food, she hands me back my card and three whole napkins. I have orders $12 worth of food between two people, and by my math that's 1.5 napkins per person. That's not enough for Taco Bell. As the window worker holds my bag and talks to another employee I see her squeezing the bag and checking to see if it's all there. So when I get handed the bag, I check to see if it's all there. This look comes over this girls face because I'm checking behind her, she clearly has a problem. I get her attention so I can ask the manager, who is now standing beside her for more napkins and I ask her if she has a problem. She raises her voice which causes me to raise my voice and yell her what I think about her. Along with all this drama - they don't even heat up there burritos enough to melt the shredded cheese. Needless to say I will not be going back to the...
