Read morei bought a TV from here, and then actually recommended to a friend to buy the same TV. He got it for $100 cheaper. I ended up waiting a day or two before contacting customer support. They said they had a 7 day price protection and that was it. I contacted them 9 days after my purchase, thinking it would at least match their return policy. NOPE! They even refused to tell me what day it changed price, and to not help at all. Their main customer service department was unwillingly to give me any information on the change date, and also told me that "prices change over time". It had been NINE days!!! I could still return the TV, but yet, i can't get any price protection. I wouldn't even of known, if i hadn't referred someone else to buy a TV from them. So because I sent someone else to spend a grand at BJ's, i found out i paid more than he did, and the main customer service was rude, and completely unhelpful. Contemplating just returning the TV and shopping elsewhere. I would of done it already, except it is mounted on the wall, and going to be a big pain..... Read moreBeen a BJ's member for over 3 years, and I have never given anyone a one star review . This review is not for the floor employees, or even the supervisors. Moved to Eastern CT last fall from the Albany metro area, and as a lot of people know that is a big jump in cost of living. A couple months ago we started using SNAP to provide for a family of 5. We were BJ's customers, happily, when we first moved here. After switching to SNAP, our produce started being delivered rotten. Every time I returned items, the floor supervisors handle the situation swiftly and professionally. Store pick up orders, however, continued to have this issue and the really sad thing is the difference between pre SNAP and now was clear and obvious. This points to cultural issues within the company, and not the employees themselves. Systematic discrimination against people who don't fit the profile of your "ideal customer" isn't cool, and this influencer isn't letting it go unaddressed.
