I placed an online order today at 11:55am for my lunch break and the pick up time was 12:15pm. I figured that was a bit fast so I arrived at 12:20pm. When I got there, the cashier was on the phone & didn’t even acknowledge my presence. She proceeded to take the phone order while 4 other customers lined up behind me. One even left, which I should have done as well, however, I already paid. I took note of the time when the cashier finally spoke to me, 12:25pm. She tells me my order is still in the oven. At 12:35pm she gives me the pizza & it is wrong. I requested a special pizza no mushrooms no hamburger & the pizza contained it all. I requested a refund & they gave me a partial refund & then gave the remainder in cash. Never a sorry or acknowledgement of their error/waste of my time. I will not be returning. But word of advice for the cashier, always take care of the customer in front of your face, you can always put a call on a brief hold. My wife mentioned this to them and all they said was “oh yea the owner just has to update the menu’s” so why hasn’t the owner done that? Not to mention every time I get a grinder and order extra mayo there’s barely any mayo on the grinder. Happened so many times I made an effort to go there last time it happened to pick up instead of delivery just so I can check my grinder and say something if there was barely any mayo on it and guess what? Barely any mayo. I had them remake it and guess what? Second time around there still was barely any! lol your cooks should be fired if they’re that mentally slow and can’t follow a simple request of putting an extra condiment on the order. Four phone calls & two hours later the food was finally delivered, but we couldn't eat it so late at night. Given the experience, I called and politely asked for a refund. The (owner? manager?) refused. She lied saying that our card couldn't be credited. Then she offered a $12 credit on our next order; less than 40% of the order. The last straw: she wouldn't give us any written proof of the credit. She said "they keep customer notes." I made a second request to which VP has not responded. Pursuing dispute through our bank.
