I've only ever been to this location, but the service is appallingly bad (4:30pm 6/5/2021). Ordered online for a drive-thru pickup. Two spicy sandwiches, some chicken tenders, two drinks. Pulled up and got random talking on the drive-thru speaker. Something about needing a manager, they don't have the pin, and then "Welcome to... where are we again?". I kid you not. I give them my name and then pull up to the window. After she tries to take my money for my already paid for order, she tries to give me someone else's order. After realizing she's screwed up, she tells me to come inside to get my drive-thru order because they they don't like to do online orders at the drive-thru because it "ruins their timings". After waiting at an empty counter for a few minutes, some guy shows up, I tell him who I am (the third time I've had to do so) and why I'm standing there. He then proceeds to put together... the wrong order. I have to pull it apart and explain to him why the "classic sandwich" he put in there does not equal the "spicy sandwich" that is on the receipt in his hand. I also have to explain that one sandwich does not equal two sandwiches, and that the two mashed potatoes don't belong in there at all After he eventually figures this out, I remind him that there are two drinks involved here. The strawberry lemonade ends up being a sprinkling of strawberry syrup at the bottom of some stark white shaved ice. The large diet coke is half-full. I ask for it to be filled up, and he comes back and actually tells me he added more ice. When I walked in there, I was the only one there. When I left, they had a line of ~20 people literally going out the doorway. They had not taken a single order the entire time I was there. I would recommend this place be torn down, but I fear that the stench of these employees ineptitude is so great, that it would curse the very land it sits on for...

To my surprise, I received a call from Popeyes from one of the managers whose name is FARAH. Not only did she apologize for the mixup with my order, but she took my phone number and asked me when it would be convenient for me to return to the restaurant. I told her sometime next week would be more convenient for me. I appreciate her, making the effort to accommodate me with a much better level of customer service, including the replacement of my meals. I must admit, I was not expecting this kind of prompt service. I very much appreciate not only her giving me a call, but she was very pleasant, professional, and did not make excuses , which I think is very important. Thank you Farah, for your thoughtfulness and attention to this matter.
Prior post: This Popeyes certainly needs to continue to try and get it self organized and offer better service. Many times when I go there to order wings they are out. How can you be a chicken restaurant and be out of wings and other parts. Just stopped in this evening, Friday, January 27, at 4:55 PM to place two orders. I ordered one five piece whole wing combo and a three piece wing meal. When they handed me the bag I ask “so I have eight wings with mashed potatoes, correct?” I was told yes. I got home and there was a box with three tiny wings, and the other box, had one leg, one wing and a thigh! I am so aggravated because I paid for the five wings at almost $17 and got these 2, three piece orders instead. I went online to call them three times and it tells me that the phone number has been changed or is no longer in service. I called 411 to get an operator to give me the phone number. She gave me the same number and again the phone rang four times and then it just went off with no message. No indication of a number change. Read moreI have had good experiences at this place in the past. But when I reminded the cashier that I ordered the large fry when she was about to give me a small. She with no gloves on and after already handling money I gave her and also didn't wash her hands proceeded to grab my fries by hand and put them in the large fries container. AND DIDNT EVEN ADD MORE. I was legitamently flabbergasted. Me trying to be nice asked for new fries cause she touched them after handling money. And looked at me and stated was allowed to and had no problems giving me these fries and there was nothing wrong with them. Me not rying to be a Karen didn't want to call a manager I just threw out the fries and left and enjoyed the rest of my meal. Now from the time of writing this, this was pretty Covid lockdown. After waiting almost 2 years to try this place out again cause the food from popeyes is good and I assumed just poor management they forgot to put in my bag a large mashpotatoes. When I was already was almost home I looked into the bag to grab something and noticed the lack of mashpotates I wasn't even mad I called the store spoke with the manager and explained what happened and just asked for a refund. To my dismay he said come back and we will give you some cause we can't refund this. As I said in the beginning I like popeyes food. Way better than most fast food places and yet I waited almost two years. And had an extremely negative experience both times And I know the whole check your bag before leaving the store thing but like this is the people prepping my foods job. I'm getting a quick meal for a reason. I don't have time. So now that I can't comeback same day and get the product I paid for and wasn't given I can't get my money back? TLDR get your team...
