Taco Bell — Restaurant in Windsor Locks

(This review is from 2019, I edited it for clarity) I called to ask a question about the ingredients used in one of their items because I have allergies and wanted to make sure it was okay. A young latina girl answered the phone and had an attitude the whole time. She kept responding "k" to everything I was saying rather than trying to help me and answer my question. It became clear she either didn't know or didn't care to help me but instead of finding someone who could help, she had the audacity to hang up on me. I called back a second time and nobody answered. People like her do not need to be working in customer service. I was not at any point disrespectful towards her but sis had an attitude from the jump. SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE!!!!! When we were ready to order our food, the cashier wasn't friendly and spoke low, especially when repeating back the order. Once we got our order we were looking for the mild sauce and they had everything, except mild. One person did try to assist us by asking if we wanted breakfast salsa. My husband asked for the manager Maria Rodriguez (if that's her real name) came to the front, behind the register's, opened a little refrigerated door, took out a box of sauces, threw it on the floor with an attitude, never opened the box and walked away. She never acknowledged us and the person who was trying to help us never opened the box, but put out a bunch of hot sauce packets. We will NEVER forget this experience and we will NEVER visit this...

Fast service, decent vegan abilities. Got the crunch wrap supreme made vegan, swapping beef for beans and adding guac. They charge extra for that which is a bit annoying, seeing as I am foregoing the sour cream and cheese. Wish they had more vegan-only items on the actual menu.

Update: The guy here graciously offered to give me extra guac on my crunchwrap since I wasn't getting meat, cheese, or sour cream, but to my vegans if they offer this, I'm sorry to say you should politely decline.
