The employees here would rather argue about some delivery order than wait on the people standing in the lobby who have been waiting 20 min for food. The person who seemed to be the manager on duty seemed to not know what they were doing and took forever to make one sandwich-not exaggerating either since I had the time to stand in the empty lobby and watch her not know what to do and kept looking at the order screen. Usually I have no issues when I come here,which isn't super often but I usually don't have issues. Everything was cold by the time I got the food which I didn't notice till I got home (I live not far) and also noticed that items were missing. Needs better management to delegate since it looked like someone walked away for a break of some kind when it looked to be a bit if a dinner rush. Had to drive back out to them and ask for them to remake everything. I swear it is always something with this location. Last time I ordered I was given no bacon or Swiss cheese on my cold bacon Swiss chicken sandwich. OK, things happen. Then I order again tonight, order is in my app money taken from my bank account and they tell my parents who were picking it up and bringing it to me at work that they don't have my order so my parents have to pay for an order that I already paid for and showed them the screen shot of the order in my app and where the money was taken from my account. (Not the first time that happens) When I drove up and payed, I was asked if I had the physical coupon. I did not, I know I had an expired one in my bag bcuz I never switched them out.
