Imo's Pizza — Restaurant in Windsor Township

I live in Tampa, FL but was born in St. Louis, so anytime I come back to visit Imo's is my first stop.

Fantastic Pizza and Toasted Ravioli. Cozy location with seating inside where you can watch the game while eating. Management is helpful and quick to correct any issue.

I ordered several items, Pizza being #1 on my list. I was feeding family do I had to order to please everyone. My nephew doesn't like Imo's (he's strange, I know) so I ordered him the Chicken Strips. Once I got home and saw the chicken I called the location to inform them about my order. The Chicken came out juicy but the outside was quite overcooked. The manager immediately apologized and explained the situation; their distributor had changed and had sent out a different product. The outside of the tenders were cooking faster than the chicken and their fryers did not have the capability of getting any hotter. My issue was immediately addressed and the manager provided a solution.

I have visited this location on several occasions over the years and have always been pleased with the service and most definitely the food. I will continue to visit this store as I do...

What a disaster the management here is a joke I had ordered 2 pizzas and waited over an hour for them to be delivered. After they arrived all the toppings were stuck to the top of the box. I called immediately to let them know what happened. The manager told me he was New and thinks the spacers did not make it into the box and offered to replace the pizzas or to put me in a replacement order for a later date. I call to get my replacement order and was told they are under New management and have no record of my replacement order. The lady on the phone was rude and kept putting me on hold the manager said that none of the managers recalled this situation after just being told they were all New managers. Seems the New ones are as clueless as the old but now we have clueless rude management I was told I could have a 25% discount then was told they would replace one of the pizzas instead of the agreed upon original deal. I normally go to this restaurant often. Today I went to this location for a fast dinne to feed my three kids. I ordered 3 sandwiches and a pizza. The sandwiches were all cold everything we asked for on the sandwich was ok the side. I paid for things that I didn’t even receive. Called up to talk to the manager and he was completely rude. Said that basically I was just lazy because I didn’t want to put the things I ordered on the sandwich (that came on the side) on it. It’s going on 8:30 at night my kids have school in the morning, I don’t have time to take the food that I have now up to the restaurant and wait another hour to just get my replacement food. Definitely will not go to this location anymore. I would rather make the extra 10 min drive to go to the Jeffco location to get way...
