Diana's | Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Windsor

If I could give this restaurant a -0 in stars I would! My first time here and I wouldn’t recommend the hungriest person I know! Something so simple and innocent turning into a situation where I was frowned upon and given horrible customer service after going back for a mistake they made 3 times!!!!!! If you eat here at Diana’s nasty restaurant you have to lack real flavor and your taste buds have to be out of wack! And to top it all off after asking for a full refund to be given a 20 dollar bill out of the register as if I didn’t pay over 30 dollars for the disgusting food I was given. Oh and Alondra the girl at the front taking orders very rude and nonchalant you shouldn’t have someone like that in customer service!! Manager is very rude and problematic and will argue with someone that goes in there only to resolve the problem and leave with what they deserve! This place shouldn’t even be open until someone helps them learn good customer service and better tasting food!! I don’t know how you guys pass inspection at this point!!

Edit: you replied to my review but I still didn’t get my full refund and left un happy! You where not nice to me at ALL because if you were I would have got a full refund no question asked!!! After I told you that’s what I’d like the first time! Like I said horrible customer service!!! Also I’ve heard from friends you guys have had rats and had to be closed down and they thought your food was disgusting also ! Any manager that will argue with a customer instead of just honoring what they ask is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD!!!! Not to mention you talking to me as if I’m a child telling me No Mexican restaurants sell grilled meat without a sauce ! Went here because our favorite place to eat Menudo mi Pueblo in Windsor Has the Best Menudo hands down that we could find in Sonoma county only downfall doesn't open until 11am so we decided to give Diana's a 2nd try we ate here two years ago was disappointed then and even more so now Menudo had no taste made with the lowest quality tripe you could buy and gave me a Pata/ foot not even cooked in the Menudo it self the foot is what gives the Menudo the flavor. Guess they don't know that, and it was served to me in a separate bowl and I had to ask where it was after waitress was the one who offered it they took a long time to serve us wouldn't have minded if food was good and worth it but worst menudo I have ever tried to eat pata/ foot hard not even completely cooked they brought the corn tortillas out first on a plate so they were cold by the time Menudo was served could have at least put them in foil to try and keep them warm , staff did not have a warm welcome but as people left waitress went out of her way to try and say good bye as people were half way out the door weird last time I ever go there very...

This was recommended on Google maps as being in the top ten. I often check there first ;) It did not disappoint. I ordered the Diana's combo (Fancy name for a two item combo), I got the chile relleno and chicken enchilada (get the grilled chicken) finally a place not afraid to spice chicken in their enchiladas, I've eaten so many places they just boil chicken and roll it up, not this place.
