8/21 UPDATE I wanted to provide an update on my experience, it has been 3 weeks since the original issue and while Managment reached out, they have done little to nothing. I have gone back and forth with them via email for the last three weeks, I even sent them a copy of my order confirmation so that they had all of the information about my order they need. The owner of this particular store is saying that he can not find my order in their system, but that their system shows that they already refunded me 3 weeks ago. I have not received any type of refund from them. Also if their system can not find my order, how does his system tell him that they refunded me? This is just pure incompetence and lack of customer service from the owner, he also has not reached out to me about this issue, he has one of his employees contact me. I understand that mistakes happen, I also understand that sometimes the front line employees will be rude, but as an owner of a business in our local community, he should work harder to take care of his customers. I will never be going back to this location, and since Jimmy John’s as a company seem to accept this level of poor customer survive from their stores, I will probably not be supporting them anymore.
Terrible customer service, if I could leave no stars I would. Placed an order using the online order system, I used the system to remove the items from my sandwich that I did not want on it. When the sandwich arrived it had those items on it. I called to let them know and I was told their system did not tell them to take it off. The lady that answered the phone was quite rude and essentially told me that I could scrape off the items I didn’t want on the sandwich. She told me it was my fault for ordering it incorrectly when in fact it was their systems fault. I paid almost $30 to have my lunch delivered as I couldn’t pull away from work which I didn’t mind paying but I expected it to be correct. They made no attempt to make it right, did not offer to remake it or to credit back part of the order. Will not be ordering from here again...
Read moreSo, the overall rate I will list is a 1 star. While I wish to give more, I am super frustrated. I tried to oder from the app as I have rewards for food. Well after being unsuccessful for over 30mins I called the local Windsor store, it was 6:15pm, by 6:20 my order finally placed. I was told it will be roughly 30mins till your food Is delivered. I said no problem. We'll at 7:35pm I phoned the store AGAIN to be told my oder was at my door, i am no idiot i looked at my door before calling. No food, so while on the phone with the store they called the driver who said indeed the order was placed at my door. Un, no its not, ironically the store tells me he lost the call between the driver an the store. I demand a refund an my order. The store refunds said order. I said how soon should I expect my re delivery, I was.told it's unknown as.tue driver is on 4delivery, an it will be at least 30 MINUTES MORE once the driver returns as there are now other oders waiting to leave the store. I asked the store if he was a manager he said no he wasnt, i told him i should expect to be a priority 1st delivery once said driver is back. I was told my.order would be redlivered with an inknown time frame. I told him this definitely isnt "freaky fast at all" , I told the store I was writing this Google review, sadly I want to give it ZERO STARS but that's not an option. I will be calling Jimmy John head quarters with complaints as well, for the store still hasn't resolved my issue. I guess the simple resolution would have been refund order & send out a new order asap..not with in 30mins or more once the driver returns... I definitely don't think I will ever do Jimmy John's again till their slogan reads, "hungry...
Read moreI am not one to post a terrible review but after having multiple issues with this exact location I feel that it's time. I ordered a sandwich and paid extra for certain toppings, selected delivery and waited patiently for my order. Upon receiving it, everything I had requested was not in my sandwich, which is frustrating because I paid extra. I called the store and an employee told me that they would make me a new one and deliver it. I received the second sandwich and once again it was made just like the first and was STILL missing the items I paid extra for. The employee told me he would have his manager call me back and send me a third sandwich. The manger then called me and asked what was wrong, after I told her she let me know she could give me a credit or void the purchase. I asked for it to be voided and asked for my correct Sandwich, that I was owed. She then told me that they were too busy and it would take too long to get it to me. She then proceeded to tell me that next time this happens I should speak to a manager and not an employee. What I have an issue with is that it's not my responsibility to make sure my food is made correctly, this is something that the store should ensure.
