Windsor Brick Oven Pizza — Restaurant in Windsor

Being a new resident to Windsor, I like to support the smaller businesses and local joints. I saw Brick Oven Pizza and thought I would give it a try. What a horrible experience. To begin, it appeared as though the actual owner was working. Usually a good sign as they take pride in their work. Not this guy. I walked in with my wife and my 18 month-old daughter. We weren't even acknowledged. We walked up to the counter and the owner was carrying on a conversation with the only other patron sitting at a table. There were no menu display boards so I looked around and saw a menu on the counter. I picked it up. Still not acknowledged by the owner. After reviewing the menu, I looked and the owner and told him I was ready. He took our order and gave me a total. He slid my card through but continued his conversation with the patron. My receipt printed and he slid my card to me without saying anything. I signed it and he took it back from me without saying anything - just continued to talk to his patron. He didn't say "thank you, that will be out shortly" or anything whatsoever. We went to our dirty table and waited about 20 minutes for two slices of pizza and a sub sandwich. While we waited, we listened to the owner's rude and condescending tone to his young, female employee. When I food arrived, discovered that I didn't get any pizza - I got pizza soup. The pizza was wet and soggy. It was horrible. My wife ordered a sub and it tasked worse than a 7-Eleven sandwich. Subway, Dominos, anything is better than this place. Two...

Would give a zero star if possible. We ordered a supreme with only half sausage because my wife doesn't eat sausage but the pizza we received was ALL SAUSAGE. ALSO ZERO VEG ON A SUPREME WHICH IS WEIRD. We brought the pizza back to them untouched and they claimed "it is ground beef" but I tasted it and it was NOT ground beef. We asked for a remake/refund and the kid behind the counter was more interested in the girl chatting him up than taking care of this issue. We asked for a refund BEFORE 9pm (closing time) but he "couldn't do it because he already closed the tills for the night" at 845pm... I was then stuck with a pizza that was undercooked, incorrect and could not be eaten. HORRIBLE service and pizza. I will not be back no matter what you offer me. We have ordered pizza from WBOP for a while. Normally it is fairly good. Tonight we placed an order online. We didn't receive a confirmation email so I called in about 40 minutes after the order was placed to confirm our order was received. I was told yes and it was currently being made. I called in again about 45 minutes later to check on the status and was told it was on its way. Both times I provided my name and number for confirmation. After another 40 minutes, I called to check in and was told WBOP never received our order. I expressed my frustration that multiple times I was told our order was in process.
