I've been to this location multiple times throughout the years and service here just continues to go south. This last time I was in, I was in the drive thru. The person taking orders was only getting orders from the other lane. After 4 car orders from the other lane I pull into pay and let the first window know whats going on. They were very busy at this time, so I understand things can get up. The teen boy was apologetic and took my order at the window. I have to order food without onion for an allergy so I informed him of that and then paid. We followed to the next window and were handed our drinks and asked to park. They were asking almost every car to pull forward and park. We waited 25 minutes and then here comes another teenage boy with 2 bags of food. He takes both bags to the vehicle to our right. I watch him pull out one hamburger and unwrap it to show them, it wasn't their order so he comes to us and asks what we ordered? As I'm speaking he gets another hamburger an unwraps it also, he was checking for no onions since he didn't have them labeled. I told him I understood they were very busy but he couldn't be unwrapping hamburgegers and taking them to every car, he argued he wasn't unwrapping food. He handed me my bags and the first hamburger he had unwrapped was all over the rest of the other items. He then replied he was unwrapping hamburger, I asked him to please follow me inside. He got the manager, she asked me what was wrong? I told her what happened and she stated she would correct the order. I waited for another 12 minutes and got the hamburgers, I also informed her that the drive thru was only serving one lane and she walked off. I know what it's like to work at McDonald's because I worked for on as a teen myself but this one is a complete mess! The inside is dirty and now training and and staff issues, I know they park car to keep the drive thru times low but that doesn't actually help them with positive customer service. Higher ups really need to look into things like this. Waiting over an hour is not fast food or...
Read moreOverall not a bad place. I bring my granddaughter here to play when it's too hot for the park. On the plus side the food is good and overall the people are friendly. On the downside they frequently get your order wrong. I see a lot of people going back up to get missing items. The restaurant is also pretty dirty. I rarely see people cleaning the lobby. Management needs to do a better job running this place.
I decided to come back and edit my review now that I have been here a few times. I've downgraded them from 3 stars to 1 because absolutely nothing has changed. I've kept track and 80% of the time our order has been wrong. Today they not only forgot to put fries in my granddaughter's happy meal , they also forgot the egg in my mcmuffin. The place is still dirty and the employees seem to have low energy. Please act like you want to work here. There is one older lady who works here that's a pleasure to be around and she always greets my granddaughter and I. They also need to replace some worn out and ripped benches. Whoever owns this franchise needs to get their butt in here and see what's going on. From now on we'll be going to one of the Fort Collins McDonald's. Its further away but sooo much better.
I stopped back in the last couple weeks and decided to edit my review and upgrade them to a 3 at this time. Their service has definitely improved and our orders were accurate both times. The store still needs a deep cleaning but at least they're addressing some concerns. Maybe my next visit will result in 4 stars.
I’m back to edit my review. The whole store has changed for the better. They did a renovation recently and it looks great. The store is clean, the food is good and the employees are fast and efficient. I typically use their app now and by the time I submit my order and walk in the store my food is ready. I’m not sure if there’s been a change in owner but it’s a good...

I only come to McD's for coffee and I swear, no matter how many times I tell them to prepare my coffees, it's always wrong. So, now I just order my coffee black with all of my creamers and sugars on the side, so that I can mix it myself. Fine.
But, why am I receiving sugar packets that have obviously been allowed to get wet (from what, God only knows!) and possibly cross contaminated??? I've tossed half of the packets away because the sugar is hard and crystalized. In the age of Covid and other communicable diseases, cleanliness is extremely important.
I realize that it gets busy at certain times of the day, but all that it takes is for members of your team to be more conscientious about cleanliness and wiping up spills as they occur to prevent such things from happening. Obviously, more oversight from supervisors and managers in inspecting and directing employees to keep their assigned work areas clean at all times is needed. It's not rocket science.
Improvement is needed. Please see that it happens. I'm in full support and advocate for workers receiving a fair and living wage increases, but I'm also in full support of workers giving their best effort, so that paying customers receive the level of service expected and deserved for our...
