Starbucks — Restaurant in Windsor

I was the only person waiting in line for a drink I was getting a pumpkin spice latte extra hot with two extra shots of expresso and there was no one else waiting for a drink or anything there's no other order before me and it literally took them 15 minutes to even come to the window say hi grab the money and had me my drink and on top of it all there was like three to five people working.. I usually like going to this Starbucks when I go through Windsor but the service is just been going downhill and having to wait longer and longer just for one drink or messing it up completely! I'm not trying to be rude but come on there's no other orders in front of you and it takes 15 minutes for you to make a venti pumpkin spice latte I'm sorry but I've been working in the food industry my whole life almost and worked at a coffee shop that's is messed up and way to long for 1 drink and 3 to 5...

So i work at safeway and im not sure which starbucks this particular one is addressing. The starbucks in safeway is fantastic (as far as the staff are super cool and can actually make drinks) starbucks in itself is too expensive for what you get in my opinion. However the drive through starbucks across the street cannot make a drink to save their lives i have gotten 3 tbere and every one of them tasted terrible. Point being go to the one in safeway its smaller by far but way better. Or go to dutch bros they are just...

Love starbucks but couldn't get past the fact one of the workers was wearing zit cream exposed to the open crusting up flaking off and had the obvious concern that some of that may have landed in my drink. I noticed with a couple different coffee shops the younger workers wear wearing things of that sort as well as pimple patches, just for hygiene purposes may not be such a good idea for them to be having things like that on...
