I would have given this one 5 stars if it was not for the manager Darby that I encountered today. I’ve been coming here for years right by my house 1 sometimes 2 times a day l. I get the same thing every-time 1/2 2% 1/2 nonfat in my latte. She said they can’t do that. Really after getting it like for 6 years? After asking me if I’d been coming to this location (arguing with a good customer and yes same location) she said I could go somewhere else if I’d like. WOW. For one I’ve worked with the upper ownership of Starbucks head quarters and know for a fact the way I get my drink is fine. Management should have good customer service skill and good hospitality. Darby lacks both of these, the ability to be a good Role model for staff and the professionalism to be manager. This actually was a great Starbucks minus the poor choice of management of Darby. I asked the one i ordered with to just rinse my cup out before I reused it for a new coffee and she said, we can’t clean cups here it’s against our policy. I said ummm I’m not asking you to clean it, just use some water to rinse it out. She wouldn’t do it. Then I order a $6.50 drink and my cup is barely half full. I asked about it as I order grande drinks all the time and it’s usually much higher in the reusable cup I have. And was told by an Emma that she couldn’t put more oat milk because I did light ice, it’s so low. The drink she made me is NOT light ice. I got given a tall sized drink after paying for a medium. There was nobody in line and I still waited 5+ minutes for my drink while they talked and cleaned instead of making my drink. Horrible customer service. Read moreI never write reviews about places until I can’t take it. This Starbucks is the only Starbucks they never can get things right. Then get rude about it when u say something. I only go here because they are 5 mins from our house so that’s on me for goin and wasting my money 90% of the time. So every other Starbucks I go to when I do I say extra caramel drizzle. I get it around the cup. No problems. This one, one person says well u have to say line the cup so when I do say that, they say u mean extra caramel drizzle? 😳 I went there today and said extra caramel drizzle. They hand me my drink, no caramel around the cup so I tell her. Her response is well it’s on top. Did u want it around the cup? YES!! They remake it and I feel they made it with a little bit of sarcasm! If they are gonna charge for the extra caramel drizzle at least get it right! I’ll be glad when the other Starbucks is built!
