Subway — Restaurant in Windsor

So I'm a dasher and as the weather on 3/24/24 was so terrible I got despatched from about 6 miles away from this subway. I got there as safe and quick as I could and pulled up literally 1 minute after 930pm. I knocked on the door and showed the worker there I was to pick up a doordash and she shook her head no and went on to ignore me. I tried calling the phone there as so did doordash customer service with no answer. She had made the order and put it on the shelf we pull from. But would not even stop what she was doing to bring it to me. I was appalled at the customer service number one and number two why would she make an order when she knew that she was not going to hand it out the door. I could not figure it out. But I took a pic to show doordash customer service that the order was made but that she would not hand it to me. This person has been vary rude in the past to not only me but other dasher picking up orders while I was waiting on mine. I would never go there again and will continue to decline all offers no matter how high it is to pick up here. Please be warned. This is not a great...

I've had several of the worst experiences here I've ever had in a Subway, mostly with one particularly disinterested employee. He's been rude on multiple occasions, but the extra special experience with him was one night coming home from the airport I pulled into the subway. I happened to know when the hours were, because they lined up with my work schedule, but the open sign was turned off and half the lights inside were off. I did see one employee walking around. I had already gotten out of my car so I tried the door and it was open. It turned out he had decided to turn everything off early to keep customers from coming in. He acted like I was inconveniencing him by having him make me a sub almost 20 minutes before closing. He had covered and closed all the food, no telling how long that had been sitting there. I don't know why I have yet to learn my lesson and stop going here. This is the closest I have ever come to calling a manager to complain about an employee. First off the young lady behind the counter had an attitude. I ordered my sandwich and while she was fixing it I saw how horrible the vegetables were in the bins. Frozen and wilted so I asked her politely to give me cucumbers from another bin that wasn’t so bad. Attitude came out and she leaned way over to grab them and did the humpf noise to let me know that was too much effort for her. Not once did she smile, say hello or tell me to have a good day. This young lady obviously does not like her job so should move on to something else that she MIGHT be good at. I don’t even like sandwiches but due to my job there are days I don’t know if I’m even going to get to eat and a sandwich is the easiest thing for me to take to work.
