Taco Bell — Restaurant in Windsor

I’m really sick and tired of every time I order from this Taco Bell they get my order completely wrong to the point where I can’t even eat it. I am so sick of how the managers don’t do anything and on how many times they don’t switch out the sour Cream I even got food poisoning from them previously and they gave me $20 of edible food. I am sick and tired of this and I am just so close to doing everything I can to get them shut down. They need a step up their game and stop making me waste $20 and giving me food that Isn’t even edible this is happened over 20 times I’ve already talked to the manager. I’ve already told them how many times they’ve messed up my order they said they would do better but they won’t even Train the employees so I hope everyone knows that when they eat from this Taco Bell, they’re eating food that will give them food poisoning and they’re ordering food from a very unsanitary and poorly managed Taco Bell and I’ll just go to Taco Bell in Santa Rosa, it’s honestly worth the gas money so you don’t end up getting food that you can’t even eat It doesn’t matter if it’s dying or take out or delivery. I advise everyone to stay away from this Taco Bell In Windsor California go to any Taco Bell except the one in Windsor for your own health and safety They won’t let me select everything, so that’s why I’m making this review to alert everyone I even worked there, so I know because I got food poisoning while working there and they illegally fired me didn’t give me two and the amount of filth that I had to clean up because they won’t clean you’re going to be eating on dirty tables and a disgusting floor full of dirt that barely ever gets swept, except for once at night I am done staying silent while this Taco Bell, robs people of their money, giving them unsafe food to eat, and if Taco Bell doesn’t like it well then they need To stop using food that will give their customers food poisoning and not even give them what they ordered and scamming them out of their money and they never take care of their Drink machines...

It started off bad. But when I called and talked to the manager Brandy. She quickly resolved and neutralized the situation right Away. I appreciate her professional response to the situation. Thank you Brandy!

Went back again..

And AGAIN THE SAME BAD EXPERIENCE!!

Went Through the drive-through and the attendant did not know what boxes they had.. she said that they only had one which was $11.19.. asked her to check the machine cause last time they said there was only one Box and it wasn't true there was 3 boxes so I asked her to check the system.. she rudely said nope just 1 Box was all they had.. so I didn't order and backed up out of driveway...

I Called to talk to the supervisor which was Tyler and he gave very bad service also.

But I was RIGHT! There was more than one Box! I told him that he should train his attendants to know what is on their menu. he said we do a training every time new Items come out. I said well, she wasn't aware of it , she said there was only one Box and again that was not true...he himself didn't even know!! He thought is was just one Box too!! But I asked him to check!! And there were 2 different boxes at different prices!! this is the 2nd time this happened!!!! he said ok. And that's it !! Horrible service all around!! Never going to taco...

WORST TACO BELL IN AMERICA (No joke)

Service is slow and awful. The guy who is currently working the closing shift doesn’t even say “hi” or “hello” when you pull up. He’s silent the whole entire time. Order is always wrong and I can never count on a place like this to get anything right so why bother. A few relatives of mine from the mid-west were absolutely appalled at the service here. When they visited.

This place is severely understaffed and has been for a few years. I haven’t personally ever worked here but it’s seems like maybe the reason the turn out rate is so high is because of management possibly? Your employees determine the fate or success of a business... treat them better!

It’s really saddening what this place has become. I remember when service was much better and the morale of the employees was much better. I’m honestly surprised this Taco Bell is still even in business. It wouldn’t surprise me if this place closes in the...
