Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Winona

Zero isn’t an option.. Ordered about a week ago for a delivery, place the order online, the order showed it would be delivered within 35min or so. About 40 minutes passed I called and spoke to a kind lady who ensured my order was in the vehicle and on the way, 20 minutes passed after that, still no delivery. While still patient, figuring there must have been some mix up, I called back and spoke to a dismissive and rude kid by the name of Simon. He also started the order was on the way, when I asked him what caused the order to be pushed out so far he then stated “I don’t even see your order in the system to be honest dude”.... how can an order be on the way if you don’t see it in the system, not to mention I had already been charged. Simon then states, “ what do you want? A bunch of free food or what?” Insinuating that I was trying to play some kind of game, reminder I had already been charged. In disbelieve I simply asked for my refund, He hung up. I then took a trip down to the restaurant to confront him since my refund wasn’t confirmed nor was my order delivered. He stated he was the supervisor, he had already refunded me and delivered my order, the order being delivered was a lie. I stated I would try to reach out to upper management due to the disrespect and poor service, he told me “good luck”. Although the food is usually great, I won’t be spendings another dime...

I love this Dominos, really good pizza. Really good! I have worked in many pizza and food service areas, would normally give them a 5 stars, but a mistake happened when I used my "peice of the pie" reward, not a big deal. All they forgot was the sauce, barbeque. Yes its diffrent, but very noticable if not on anything. So took a bite. No bbq. At a peice no bbq. Okay no problem. Called them, asked for a manager and said hey, there was no bbq sauce on my pizza. I was told that was highly unlikely.... I went too explain that bbq sauce is very hard too miss... Still told it was highly un likely. Not sure of what is going too happen here, they said they would make a new one and send it out, I told the manager that if he did not believe me, that I'd send the pizza back with the driver.......

2/10/21 update: I decided to redeem my points for a free pizza and found out that the sides are back on the menu! Reupping my rating to 4 stars because the parmesan bread bites were hot and delicious, and the free pizza was decent.

2/6/21 I discovered today that the Winona Domino's has removed the only items I enjoy from their menu. No sides/bread items, no oven baked sandwiches, and no desserts. I'm not a big fan of their pizza, so I won't be ordering from them any more unless they bring back the sides menu. Previous rating was 3-4 stars, new rating is 1 star because I can't give 0. Toppers has much better pizza, so they will be getting more of my business from now on while Domino's...
