It's McDonald's....seriously what else is there to say? I'm not a fan of fast food. I don't even know if the food is real anymore, if the hamburger is real hamburger or if the chicken is lab grown or what. No fast food is healthy nor good for you. We eat to live NOT live to eat. People have it so confused. I don't understand Americans today. Of course, I'm not judging as I am far from perfect with my diet but I'm not terrible either. People take better care of their house, their car yet neglect their bodies, the one thing that houses their soul. We only get one body until we pass over, so, why do we mistreat it or put horrible things in it?! Putting bad things into your body is like running your car with the wrong oil or gas, etc. You get my point, hopefully. I get it, the bad stuff tastes good, real good but too much of anything isn't good for you. Moderation is a word very few of us know. It's crazy to me how so many don't know what they should be eating. I used to be a personal trainer. Then again, life offers us so many options, it confuses people. I hear people say "you only live once." EXACTLY...so, why not live your best life, feeling your best & looking your best. What we put into our bodies matters. You matter! You deserve the best so don't eat this stuff too often. I can't even say it's a treat bc it's not. Wouldn't you rather eat something made exactly how you like it, the way you want it with fresh ingredients? Most importantly, don't you want to feel energized after eating it not lethargic? There's nothing special about McDonald's anymore. I mean can people really afford it? It costs just as much to eat here as it does at some restaurants anymore. Prices for a combo meal are ridiculous & if you have a family to feed, I feel for you. I wish people would go back in time, make home cooked meals, sit at the table WITHOUT their phones and create lasting memories bc that's what life is about. McDonald's was a rare occasion not a daily meal. Life is too fast paced. We need to slow down. Indulge occasionally, live life and be kind to each other. Food was ok. Service was great. If you're going to eat here just don't make a habit of it or a habit of eating at any fast food. It's convenient but that comes with a price on your health. It's not worth it in the end. However, if you have a craving...feed the beast! And enjoy! No disrespect to anyone's beliefs..Have a blessed day! Know God makes no mistakes so love yourself. You're...
Read moreMy husband, daughters and I traveled to Winslow to visit family. We made a quick stop to get breakfast. We put in our order, payed for it and when they called our number they said sorry we are no longer serving breakfast and didn’t even attempt to make the order even after we paid. We had to get a refund and go elsewhere. So, I figured maybe just an ordering glitch. We went back again for a late night snack after a long day. We ordered our kids cheeseburger happy meals, and my husband and I a Big Mac and chicken nugget combo. Well first we had to pull forward and wait for our meal, it took about 20 minutes of waiting, then when the lady brought it she was so rude. She pretty much just tossed it in our car. We then get back to our room and my kids cheeseburger happy meals had no cheese, mustard, ketchup, or pickles. It’s just a dried up patty and soggy bread! Our meals were not that great either. I would not recommend coming to this McDonald’s. They are rude, unprofessional and a...
Read moreLacking common sense at this location. My dog and I drove through the drive thru. We ordered 2 ice cream cones. We get to the first window where you pay and the woman hands me 2 ice cream cones before I even pay her. Now, both of my hands are full and I have to figure out how to pay without dropping ice cream, then I have to figure out how to get my change without dropping ice cream.
Here is an idea. Instead of trying to re-invent the wheel, why not just do things the way the procedure dictates? Collect my money and issue change at the first window, deliver my food at the second window. No spills, no thrills, no juggling 2 cones and my wallet.
I would have also appreciated the cones not melting all over everywhere because they were prepared long before I got my hands on them.
I guess I shouldn't get ice cream at a place that specializes in burgers. If she had handed my burgers first, it wouldn't have been an issue.
I can honestly say that I will not be returning to...
