This experience with this Chili's location on Hanes mill Road has definitely proved this will benmy last time dining with them. This is my second time this month receiving food from this establishment that has not met basic health and safety guidelines as well as has not been suitable even for an animal to consume. I have NO IDEA what is going on at this location but someone definitely needs to check in and do a performance/efficiency check at this location. I received a $40 gift card from corporate a few weeks ago for an error with my meal. On today (03-11-24) I ordered from them to use said gift card and ran into my first error. I was overcharged by $7. I contacted the manager and she fixed this error by offering me another gift card for $10. Might i add i also never received the sliders (the overcharged item) in my order upon checking when i arrived home. Upon just a visual inspection of my food, the food did not appear appetizing. The steak from the fajitas looked uncooked and once tasted lacked flavor. In hunger and against my better judgement, I STILL decided to just rewarm the food and attempt to add some extra seasoning. Even after warming the food I opted to just throw the steak out it was so inedible. In addition, the spanish rice had NO flavor and the bell peppers in the fajita platter were literally cut up where the chef had left the whole bell pepper head inside the mix ( the top in which you trash). Then, after attempting to just eat the shrimp tacos, I discovered a hair in my tortilla. I realized it couldnt be my own as my hair is straight and it is light brown not black. I am APPALED at the level of food service that is being provided. Someone needs to take an approach to turning this location around. This used to be one of my favorite spots and the cajun pasta used to be my favorite menu item. I am highly disappointed in this establishment. Proper sanitation and food handling needs to be taken seriously. I would only expect that after receiving bad food service in the prior weeks that this time the staff would be attentive to making sure that i was satisfied. This is utterly unacceptable. Decently clean Chili's location. Used to love them, however, this location has been lacking in food quality over the past few months. They are normally out of something or the food quality isn't matching up to what it once was. As a consumer, it's exhausting spending over $40 each time in food and it not being accurate or prepared to the right temperature. Then the hassle of having to call up to a restaurant to request a refund or replacement is also indeed exhausting. I try to be understanding as I know there are employee shortages all across the nation, but it's getting...

Read moreThe Chili's Grill & Bar Experience ( Dine-in Edition). I'm not a stranger to Chili's and thought I would go for a nice lunch meal. I had an idea what I wanted and, upon entering and led to my table. I ordered their potato soup to start with and their two spicy chile-lime shrimp tacos in flour tortillas with pico, cilantro, avocado, coleslaw, and queso fresco. The tacos also come with chips & salsa. While waiting for my food, I went to the restroom to wash my hands.
Upon entering the restroom, I knew someone did not thoroughly clean it. Although I was there not too soon after Chili's opened, the trash bins were not empty but somewhat full, and the floor felt slightly sticky. Once arriving back at my table, my potato soup was waiting on me. The soup was watery today and did not taste like normal. However, my tacos and chips, and sala were good. The service was good, and I had no complaints about that.
Would I return to this Chili's location? I am unsure because Chili's is a pretty well-known chain. With COVID still riding our coattails, for me, cleanliness is the top priority. It makes me afraid to see what the kitchen looks like if someone does not ensure the bathroom is ready for the public. Also, consistency is essential to me. The taste of my soup should not alter depending on the day...
