I recently dined at Crazy Grab Seafood and Grill, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped in, I was blown away by the amazing food and culinary delights that awaited me. Let's start with the star of the show - the food. The seafood and grill options at Crazy Grab were simply outstanding. The freshness of the seafood was evident in every bite. The flavors were rich, bold, and perfectly balanced. I indulged in a variety of dishes, including succulent lobster tail, perfectly grilled shrimp, and mouthwatering crab legs. Each dish was cooked to perfection, with the seafood being tender and juicy, and the seasonings complementing the natural flavors of the seafood beautifully. The presentation of the dishes was also impressive, with attention to detail that added to the overall dining experience. The service at Crazy Grab was top-notch. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, making sure that every detail of my dining experience was taken care of. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, with a lively atmosphere that added to the enjoyment of the meal. Overall, my dining experience at Crazy Grab Seafood and Grill was truly exceptional. The food was amazing, with an array of delicious options that left my taste buds craving for more. The attentive service, cozy ambiance, and attention to detail in every dish made it a memorable culinary adventure. I highly recommend Crazy Grab Seafood and Grill for any seafood or grill lover looking for an unforgettable dining experience. I can't wait to return and savor the incredible flavors once again!

My food was undercooked, as you can see by the uncurled shrimp in the picture (I'm pregnant, and one bite had me sick later that night). As well, I did not receive half of my very expensive order. I was missing eggs, 1/2 of my lb of crawfish, an entire of sausage, and it was in the completely wrong sauce. My husband called in to get a replacement, and the manager said no problem, and since it was so late and snowing, we could pick it up tomorrow. I called in the next day (today) to pick it up, and the manager again said no problem. A couple of minutes later, I received a call from the general manager (who was extremely unprofessional/ after being told already I could come in) telling me I must bring in the food. Weird because I was not told that the night before. However, I offered to go dumpster diving for the very expensive food since it is so costly, and this was a craving. The only question I asked the GM is if she would just be replacing the food they gave me or if they would replace the entire order to include the parts they forgot. She refused to answer the question and just kept yelling over me that " I would have to come in and find out." All I wanted to know was if she would replace the missing items before I made the 35-minute drive in the snow. Again, she very unprofessionally yelled and hung up on me. At this point, the way she spoke to me, I don't feel safe going in. I am worried she could do something to the food based on her extreme unprofessional behavior. Not to mention, it is clear she does not possess the ability to have a professional conversation at a normal tone. Please beware of this location. The food will be half missing and undercooked. If you say anything you will be yelled out by the GM.

ordered 2 lbs of crab legs, 2 lbs of shrimp, and 1/2 lb of black mussels. Picked up my order through the drive thru window made sure we had everything before pulling off. Everything seemed great, got home took our rice out of the cooker and created our little seafood spread. Opened a mussel after eating about a couple shrimp and not even one full cluster and there is a curly hair on the mussel. We immediately stopped eating and called the restaurant and first they asked us how much food did we eat— i told her we just opened our bag and the main focus for the restaurant was never the hair in the food which is very UNSANITARY!!! I tell them i’m packing the food up and ask them to remake the order and we get there and sit in the driver thru while the workers just watch us. After sitting for a couple minutes we decide to go inside and the lady then tells us “oh well it will be a 20 minute wait”. The way they handled this matter was unprofessional. The order should have been remade as soon as I called back!!! VERY LAST TIME GOING TO THE PETERS CREEK LOCATION.

Crazy Crab…Crazy Prices Most importantly, the staff was pleasant and attentive. I heard about this place from a friend, so I decided to go check it out this week. I ordered the Combo Fried Basket, which came with three pieces of catfish, five pieces of shrimp, and fries. When I opened the styrofoam container, I immediately felt buyer's remorse; the portions just didn't seem to justify the $20 price tag. I understand that inflation is a problem right now, but damn Moving on to the food, I enjoyed the fish and shrimp, which were tasty, well-fried, and appropriately seasoned, but the fries were subpar. I didn't taste a lick of seasoning on them, and to make matters worse, they had no crunch at all. Aside from the bland fries, I enjoyed the food, but I don't think the price was justified. I'm thinking about spinning the block and exploring their other menu options.

After reading the reviews, I made no hesitation to submit my order. Bad idea. Upon arrival, the customer service wasn’t bad. Almost gave the wrong order but excusable mistake. No worries. I ordered extra hot/spicy with Cajun flavor snow crab, shrimp (no heads), corn, potatoes, and eggs. Got my food and was so excited. Took the first bite of my egg and although it was some spice there was absolutely no seasoning. NONE. ZILCH. I then tasted the crab. Still nothing but I definitely tasted the propane gas. Nothing in this entire bag had a drop of salt, pepper, or anything. I wanted to like this place as I’m in the area a lot but I’ll stick to my own. Although I am from Louisiana and our standards are wayyyy different for seafood, I’ve had better in other N.C. areas.
