Biscuitville is a family-owned breakfast restaurant that was established in North Carolina in1966. Known for their scratch-made biscuits and a dedication to local farms, this breakfast spot is more than a meal; it's an ode to the South's rich tradition. Here's a glimpse into what sets Biscuitville apart: 👨‍🌾 Celebrating the South: Biscuitville thrives on amplifying the best of the South, from community voices to culinary tactics. Their commitment extends beyond food; it's about embracing the vibrant Southern culture. 🍽️ The Biscuit Window: Watch the culinary magic unfold as biscuits are crafted from scratch every 15 minutes. The family recipe involves just three ingredients: locally milled flour, buttermilk, and shortening. 🌱 Local Emphasis: Supporting local is a core value, with 90% of orders featuring at least one local ingredient. Explore their cherished local partners on their website. 🍳 Southern Culinary Practices: Biscuitville honors time-honored culinary traditions, foregoing microwaves for griddle-cooked bacon, slow-cooked grits, and more. Tradition meets efficiency in a Southern breakfast experience. 🚜 Farm to Drive-Thru: Biscuitville proudly collaborates with local, family-owned farms, sourcing eggs, country ham, and 100% naturally raised, antibiotics-free chicken. Fresh, authentic, and filled with integrity – that's the Southern way. 🏡 Home of the Biscuit Window Since 1966: Over half a century of crafting biscuits from scratch, right in front of patrons. The commitment to locally sourced ingredients and a cherished family recipe shines in every bite. Watch this reel to explore Biscuitville's core menu favorites, from the Spicy Chicken & Honey Biscuit to classic Hash Browns. I started eating at Biscuitville about 3 weeks ago after eating Bojangles 5 days a week for 10 years. Biscuitville is priced better on the meal I personally eat. The biscuits are comparable in taste, they are slightly smaller. The tea is consistent at each visit as well as the quality of food. I usually get the grilled chicken and as I stated before the consistency of how the chicken is cooked is better than Bojangles. I side my breakfast with grits. The grits here are served in a larger portion the other place. I stopped Bojangles because they stopped serving the breakfast staple of grits. I am now glad they did. The food here is just as good, is cooked more consistently in a larger portion on some items for less money.

8-1-24 We were promptly greeted upon entering. I ask a lot of questions about items on the menu which were answered with ease. I had a Turkey Sausage Patty, with scrambled Egg and Cheese on a Biscuit Sandwich and it was delicious! The biscuit was moist and tasty. I had a small Orange Juice. My Fiance' had a platter with Sausage, Eggs and Cheese Grits. The atmosphere was good, staff and patrons alike were kind and friendly. The location is clean, ample seating if you want to Dine-in as we did. You can also order To-Go and there is a drive through as well. I also tried the Cakalacky Cheerwine Sauce and it is excellent! I highly recommend this location.

Ok, this review has NOTHING to do with the food served at Biscuitville and more to do with the heartless way their manager's boss Pearl Greenway is dealing with my situation. You see, I am a single mom with a 13yo that is going to a local Christian middle school down the road from this restaurant. The problem is...I work in health care and have to be at my job by 0630am. My daughter's school opens at 0730am. It has NO early morning care prior to 0730am. The school is too small to offer bus service and the city buses don't run as early as 0600am nor do they run near our house for my daughter to catch the city bus. We literally moved to WS in July and she started school in August. I didn't know a soul to ask for help and have no family in state to rely on to help me get my daughter to school. But her teacher was nice enough to agree to pick my daughter up at Biscuitville every morning on her way to school. Not an "ideal" situation as I am (of course!) worried about leaving my 13yo at the restaurant. But at this juncture, I have/had no other choice if I wanted to get my daughter to school and me to my job. Fast forward 4 months...she has been dropped off every day for school at 0600am and picked up by her teacher before school at 0730am without problem or incident. But today, they informed my daughter that she could no longer sit in the restaurant (after ordering food!) and wait for her ride. The manager said this was handed down by her manager, PEARL GREENWAY. They claim it is too much of liability for restaurant because there are too many homeless people around the restaurant. They tell me that they are afraid for my daughter's safety. Apparently there is a known sex offender homeless man that hangs around the restaurant. The manager even claims that her employees have been threaten multiple times by these homeless people. Kinda sounds like this brand new Biscuitville at the Peters Creek Parkway exit is really trashy doesn't it? What kind of clientele do they cater to? Is anyone safe in the restaurant if they are so overwhelmed with the homeless population INSIDE their establishment?!! So now, my daughter will be left with no safe place to sit for an hour and a half before her school opens up. I leave for work so early in morning that I am left with no options. Other familes from the school are not even up when I am dropping my child off to wait in the morning so I don't have the luxury of asking one of them to let her stay at their house until time for school. Biscuitville was my only decent option. PEARL GREENWAY wants to claim she is doing this, denying my daughter a safe place to sit, eat and wait for her school ride in the morning because "THE RESTAURANT IS NOT A SAFE PLACE TO BE" but I have to call BS on that excuse. As a representative for the company, she is showing that Biscuitville really doesn't care about the community or people in general or one 13yo young lady in particular. They are simply worried about legally covering their A** in this situation. They don't care about my daughter or her situation. Or her desparate mother who had to find some way to safely get her child to school and herself to work in a timely manner. They worry that I will sue them should....SHOULD the homeless hoard that inundates the restaurant carry my daughter away. So let me say for a review....it doesn't matter how good the food is. This place is apparently overrun with homeless people that makes stopping there and/or dining there a risky experience. Apparently you are putting your life at risk if...

Today April 5th 2025 at approximately 11:40 am. I came by the drive through and fyi the guy taking up orders is a menace. There was only one car ahead of me. The person taking the order asked for me to wait which I was fine with. Because I wasn't sure what I wanted yet. Probably like 15 seconds later. This guy ask me for my name. I did notice that he was kinda like upset about something, but I paid no attention to it. Later on, I realize that he was just rude and disrespectful which I just chose to ignore. the whole time he was rushing me like as if it was my fault, that he had to be rushed or something or like as if he had a huge line of people waiting, which there was only one car behind me. I literally maybe took 20 seconds to order. At the end of the order which felt like he didn't really want to take my order. I asked him if he was okay to which he had no response. When I got to the second window, I notice that he was only taking orders. But he came to the window and was blocking the way of his colleague to "confront me" he asked if I was the one who asked him if he was okay to which I responded yes, and he looked at me as if he wanted to fight me. He stood there at the window for about 5 to 10 seconds staring at me, then his colleague came up behind him and pretty much move the guy out of the way and gave me my food, you could tell that she was uncomfortable around him and fed up with his attitude. I can't imagine how many people may have been turn off to this location, thanks to this individual. I think some training would be good for him but his attitude may not allow him...

I love biscuitville, go to different locations all the time. Been to this one several times never had a problem. This particular location on this particular day I had a not so good experience. (In drive thru) I ordered an ultimate sausage biscuit combo with large orange juice. I always order that and say it that way. the worker rudely said, “well I’m not going to choose your side for you what do you want, fries hashbrown” or something else I couldn’t make out what she said. But the tone was unnecessarily rude. Forgive me for not knowing to specify my side item, every other order I placed they always gave me hash-brown. Thought it was standard. I responded with “hashbrown will be fine” her response “ is that all” same rude tone. Ok so I didn’t think anymore of it, maybe she’s having a bad day. Get to the window to pay, there’s a young guy to take my payment (cash). He didn’t say a word, luckily I remembered the exact total. He handed my change back not saying a word. I counted to make sure he rushed handing me my order, again not saying a word I said thank you after each thing he handed, bag, drink, change. He never said a word. The tension there this day was rude! Maybe everyone had a bad day. But any job that you work, dealing with customers, a simple thank you or have a nice day goes a long way. Even a total quote or “ here’s your change” he said nothing! You only hear about the bad experiences, but that’s all it takes is one bad experience to ruin rapport with that business. I will continue to do business with biscuitville but not...
