I was inside the store for a total of 24 minutes for a take-out order. When I arrived, there was no one waiting ahead of me, but it took Sam (who was incredibly friendly and respectful) six minutes to get to me. I used two coupons to order a two-piece, and a pot pie. Some of my wait time was due to the staff (Sam, and I assume the managerā¦?) trying to figure out the couponās affect on my ordering a second pot pie. Once that was done, I proceeded to wait. A young lady ordered her lunch next, followed by two gentlemen five minutes after her. Many minutes later, and after both their respective orders were served up, Sam asked to see my receipt saying he was unsure how my order had been ābumpedā. I showed it to him, and four minutes later, he delivered my lunch. I glanced into the bag, and immediately noticed Iād been served a thigh and leg instead of the two thighs I ordered. Sam apologized and gave me the thigh. I got home and prepared to eat lunch, happy it still felt warm. However, once unpacked, I realized I was missing my coleslaw. That was bad enough, but the ultimate let-down was that my thighs were bloody at the bone. Iāve eaten there before, and knew the wait could be a little long, so I did have a novel with me, but everything else dropped this down to a one-star visit. The only thing that kept me from being totally disgruntled is that Sam, and the staff were so amicable. I think better time management and better general management overall would go a long way in making this a better experience. Now, right after eating, Iām just hoping I donāt get sick. Before asking if we needed anything else she gives the total. I guess I was not quick enough for the associate because she turned her back to me and started loading my order without asking what sides I wanted. She gave me two orders of mash potatoes and cole slaw. I had to inform her after she bagged everything up that these were not the sides I wanted. I had even tried to call to her while she was loading the sides in an attempt to let her know but she ignored me. When I was finally able to tell her the actual sides I wanted for my family she rolled her eyes. She loaded the corn into a tray and the potato wedges in another tray. She walked the trays all around the kitchen looking for a lid. She even went out of sight with my sides and this worried me. She finally decided to switch the corn into two small bowls and poured them without thought except obvious annoyment into the new bowls. Corn going all over the counter. A pleasant associate took the corn from her and finished loading it into an appropriate bowl. My large side of mash potatoes only contained a small spoon full as well. The lady working there that was so unpleasant had red shoulder length hair and sadly, since I didnāt want to deal with her attitude anymore, I didnāt get her name. At 1:35 the man walked around the building towards the drive through window. He pointed as if telling someone about him sitting there waiting. We drove off around the building to see the guy with a headset on coming from his car and telling the man he was coming. We continued around the building and looked in the window to see numerous people standing in line at the register ordering. We circled around back to the drive through The man wAs now ordering. We pulled up after he pulled off only to be told rudely to hold on. We sat there until 1:42 when we said hello can we order and the guy said Iām sorry were busy and youāre not the only person Iām attending to. Then a female came on and took our order. We finally got our food at 1:50. The guy who was originally supposed to be taking orders should not be employed anywhere in any kind of customer service. He doesnāt know how to speak to people.
