I went inside the store today got a assorted dozen of donuts. They gave me the bag and when I got home, I noticed I had a small extra box of meanie assorted balls. So I said oh cool I guess they giving this free with assorted dozen (I thought in my head) but when I open the dozen of donuts it a completely different order which I would have kept if I Was a fan of chocolate, but it was mainly all chocolate kind of donuts so I said you know what I’m a go back so I can get what I had originally ordered and give this back to them and get my order when I get there, they give me what I ordered because I had the receipt and told them they gave me the wrong thing, but I told them since I had already started eating the little small balls if I could just keep it, especially since I went all the way home, which is 10 minutes away And back and they said no they were going to throw it away. I said well what difference does it make if I already started eating them and you’re going to throw them away and then I had to waste my time to come back mind you my son has the flu so that’s the reason why I wanted to treat him Today. The lady was very rude because I asked in a nice way, but you know what this location has always been where all of my family goes and from now on I will tell them my experience today and we will never come back and I will tell anyone in my area that wants Krispy Kreme to not go to...
Read moreTwice now I have shown up to get doughnuts that were advertised on promotional sales. These two times the particular promo .85 for the 2nd dozen read nothing about a coupon. I was denied the promotional product. The last time it happened the lady in front of me didn't have her coupon code either but was honored the product by the associate. I on the other hand stood to the side waiting while there weren't any other customers. The associate didn't allow me the same courtesy so after 10 minutes I told her that I would order it on line and use the code 85YEARS at checkout. I did however get the promo but only by this method. If you have the Krispy Kreme account, you should not need a coupon. It should be loaded on your account for the set time period for the program. You should only have to produce your account card or if by phone, your bar code. The gentleman that checked me out gets the 5 stars. The not so friendly associate gets no stars from me as she shouldn't. If she could honor one person the promo without a coupon then she should allow another customer the...
Read moreThis has been my experience the last 5 times I've gone to this location. The service is horrible. They act as if I'm inconveniencing them for placing an order, having an attitude with every response. I don't typically leave reviews just for the fact that when I read them I assume the complaints being made are from people that probably had an attitude first or deserved the bad service in some way but I tend to think I'm pretty polite and professional with my conversation. With this Krispy Kreme location it has been this way numerous times for me where you can obviously tell that the staff on duty are only there to collect a pay check and have absolutely no people skills. Also, each time I've been, they have "been out" of 2 specific types of doughnuts that they have advertised on their menu. They are always advertised but they never have them. Keep in mind these are not typically busy times of the day either. If you want better service with a more accurate menu with wider range of options, you should make the drive to Stratford...
