Sbarro — Restaurant in Winston-Salem

We stopped by for salad and pizza. Only one employee was out front baking pizzas while 3 or 4 employees were in the kitchen. We stood around waiting to be waited on and finaly the floor employee had to ask other employees to help serve us. I ordered an entree salad with pizza. I was told that they were out of all salads. You would think with several employees available in the kitchen, someone could fix salad! We went next door and ate! Sbarro will not be getting any money for my family until someone can manage their employees and get them trained on proper procedures for serving all items on the menu. I love sbarro but this place sucks. Always the worst customer service when I come here which is really a shame because I always loved going to sbarro in any mall I’ve ever worked in. This sbarro is the worst one I’ve gone to. Today, I went to get a snack and get just 2 breadsticks. The man (I think the manager because he’s always there, middle aged gentleman with the salt and pepper beard) said “wow real healthy dinner, huh?” Like dude if I wanted healthy food I wouldn’t be at sbarro. Not to mention the breadsticks were dry af. Disappointing. Wish there was another one in the area....

Ordered a Stromboli. I was amazed at how small it was. The cheese was hard. The underside overdone. Broke a fork trying to cut through the dough cover. Bread was old. Temperature barely warm.
