This isn't advertised as an extended stay motel, but that's what it is. I actually wasn't there more then 5 minutes. I checked in and checked right back out after a group of guys hanging around the balcony heard me ask maintenance where our room was located and then those shady guys went right to my room to stand right in front of it smoking and wouldn't move for us to get in our room. These men were on the other side of the motel balcony when we went into our first room but they mistakenly gave us 1 bed when I had booked 2.. the office was extremely nice and accommodating but I did not feel safe there with it being only myself and my son. There was also a large group of homeless people in the corner of the parking lot with signs around the hotel stating to make sure you remove all valuables from your vehicle, as they are not liable for and damage or stolen items. I feel that sign was added for a reason. There was half eaten food on the ground going up the steps..chicken wings and pizza. There's no elevator. I can't tell you how the rooms are but they don't look like the pictures even though I was only in one long enough to need to switch 2 mins later. I didn't even use my card to open my second room. I left. I'm not sure the name of the sweet lady that checked me in , then right back out but she was very nice and I did feel bad. I was going to be heading back to that room late at night after our plans so I just knew I did not want to walk up the steps, in the hall ways going to the steps and to our room at 11 at night. Just in the last year, we have stayed at over 10 hotels for travel sports and I have never felt more unsafe and uncomfortable in any area we traveled too. We ended up staying an extra 40 mins away since everything else was booked or 400 a night in the area but feeling safe was more important. I know meth addicts when I see them and I think my room would've been raided when they saw me leave that afternoon had I stayed. I read reviews a lot and try to think negative reviews are for very hard to please people but please take this review in consideration as I rarely ever review and don't know if I've ever left such a bad one for anything before. I'm thankful Expedia helped me get reimbursed but honestly, I didn't even care about getting it back at that point. It's not worth over 100.00 a night. This is a 40.00 a...
Read moreDO NOT STAY HERE. I beg, CANCEL your reservation and stay anywhere else. Overall impressions: DIRTY rooms. Stained carpets, bloodstains on the mattress covers, and bug that looked like a bedbug. The worst part of all was the EXTREMELY rude, condescending, inconspicuously misogynistic manager (bald, round glasses.) Had the lack cleanliness been the only issue, I wouldn’t be writing this review, but interacting with the manager was truly the worst experience I’ve ever had, so much so that I’m filing a complaint with the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
After checking in and inspecting the room, I came to the lobby cancel my reservation and request a refund due to the cleanliness issues, and the manager was the most inconsiderate person I have ever attempted to speak to. He consistently cut me off, raised his voice at me, pointed his finger in my face, crossed his arms, and quite literally yelled “i will not help you!” I had my boyfriend come in to talk to him, and the manager continued to berate us, tell us we were lying about the mess (???), and refused to offer us any assistance. I will be disputing the charge with my CC company, but I urge you to stay literally anywhere else. Pay the extra 50 bucks and stay ANYWHERE else.
I’ve read some of the other reviews and it appears the GM is responding to negative reviews with “I can’t find your reservation” in attempt to discredit the reviewer. Rest assured, we booked online, checked in, saw the room, tried to cancel and get a refund, were told “write your silly review, I don’t care” and then went and stayed elsewhere. Don’t make our mistake, and just book somewhere else...
Read moreI find myself having trouble writing this review due to a loss of words. Literally, I am speachless. I went to pay for another day on my room and was denied being able to extend my stay. I asked for an explanation and was told that the "security gaurd" said that we had too many people in the room. I immediately denied that claim and insisted on speaking with the "security gaurd" and seeing camera footage. They would not let me have access to either one. We even tried calling and speaking with the general manager and anyone higher up. We were told no and were hung up on. They know they are full of it!!! I know they are full of it. And my friend who stayed with me knows they're full of it. THEIR CLAIM IS A BLANTENT LIE!!!!!
THROUGH AND THROUGH!!!!! they were so disrespectful. For no reason. Im confused, and just stunned that a business is capable of being so deceitful.
My biggest question is WHY???? WHY THE LIE????
The only good thing about this is that now im not staying in a room that was actually infested with bugs. I opened a cabinet and roaches crawled out in twos. It was scary and disgusting. And when I brought it to their attention they brushed it off as if it were normal. I should have known then that they did not care about their guest comfort.
Perhaps they made the lie up because they didnt like the fact that I told them they had a roach infestation and that they should stop neglecting it.
Their sanitation rating is a 91 percent. But the rooms look much nastier than a 91 percent rating. Liars
Im disappointed in their customer service and the entirety of their business.
Then show me the video of the...
