Customer Service is terrible. Long story short, My fiance and I was profiled as if we didn't have enough money or credit to spend in their store. We was not greeted upon arrival and when a sales rep did greet herself to help, she wasn't as friendly after learning a set price my honey wanted spend on my diamond ring for Valentine's Day as I just got a ring for Christmas. She took out rings she wanted me to see instead of letting me see the showcase and pick what I wanted to see. Nothing caught my eye so I told my love i was ready to go. She asked him if he wanted to possibly open an account and receive a free gift (necklace) rather an account was opened or not as if we was a charity case or needed a necklace. He agreed against my opinion. I asked her a question related to pulling credit, she rolled her eyes and said she didn't know and would ask someone. She asked two women who seemed to be sales reps also, they all began to laugh very loud and she never answered my question. I looked around while he was doing that. When i came back over, her tone and body language changed as she asked if I saw anything I liked. I told her no and told him I was ready to go. She then tried to talk him into telling me to look around more to find something due to the fact he was approved for an account limit well over 3k. I said again no, I was ready to go. She gave me a sad look with her lipped poked out as we walked off. We went directly across the way to Kay Jewelers. They were exceptional with customer service and meeting our needs from start to finish! I find and he purchased my beautiful ring and we also purchased two beautiful pieces of jewelry for our daughter as well. It felt great walking back by Helzberg and the same rep saw that smile Kay put on my face and my loves face as we carried our small bags from Kay. We plan on going back for our jewelry needs and to upgrade my ring later on!!!...

After picking up the first time of sizing a stone fell out less than a week later. I took it back, they said they could fix it right then, about 15 minutes later handed me back my ring with the stone replaced. TWO days later, the same stone came out again. I again took it back and the “assistant manager” stated they were having problems with their current jeweler in-house, apologized, was very nice and convinced us to look to see if there was something else we liked. We found another set for about the same price and were assured that it would be “sent out” for proper sizing due to issues they were having in-house. I was told it would take about 2 weeks since it was being sent out. 2 days later again, I get a call that it is back. Upon arrival I asked who sized it and the initial person that greeted me said their in-house jeweler, I immediately said I wanted a refund. The the. “Assistant manager” - a different lady than the original “assistant manager” I dealt with 2 days prior stated they were shipped out and had been overnighted. I asked for proof, she then said I’d have to come back to see the manager for that. If you’re an assistant manager, why can you not provide proper documentation to the customer? At this point, I was done and had already made 4 trips to the store in 2 weeks. I will never do business with this company again.
