My sister had the worst experience at the Pandora store in Winston-Salem's mall. She bought me a pandora bracelet for Christmas and it unfortunately came broken in the mail. The clasp wouldn't close completely so she went to take it back for a possible fix. Instead she was met with complete disrespect. The woman behind the counter immediately jumped to accusing my sister of breaking the bracelet, saying she had "pulled too hard" on the ends. My sister tried to explain that was not the case and that it hadn't been handled at all until I opened it on Christmas Day, which led to the discovery of it being damaged. The woman continued to belittle and ridicule my sister, blaming her and not even bothering to listen. After my sister gave the receipt and a manager was involved, both women "fixed" it with a pair of pliers. My sister told me she even offered to pay for the damages SHE DIDNT MAKE and they still continued to be disrespectful. Absolutely disgusting behavior my sister endured for a bracelet I don't even desire to own or wear anymore. Had I been there, I would've gotten a refund and ensure that they'd never have my business again. This entire experience has turned me away as a...
Read moreI recently visited this Pandora store to return an item, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon entering, I was immediately told, in a very rude manner, to wait outside. There were no signs or instructions indicating that I needed to wait outside, which made the situation confusing and unpleasant.
When I attempted to process my return, the staff scrutinized my receipt and made repeated remarks suggesting it wasn’t a legitimate Pandora receipt. This was not only unnecessary but also unprofessional, as the receipt was indeed valid. Ultimately, they had no choice but to process the refund, but the entire interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming.
What was most disappointing is that the person who appeared to be the manager displayed this rude behavior. As a loyal Pandora customer, I expected a higher standard of professionalism and courtesy. I hope the store takes steps to improve its customer service to ensure future interactions are more...
Read moreRecently I went to purchase a gift for my mother for her birthday. My daughter also wanted to purchase her something as well. The young sales lady was very kind and helpful! When we went to check out, all of the items we purchased wouldn’t fit in a small bag, so she was giving me a bigger bag. The manager came out and said it could all fit in a smaller bag (there was no way it would fit in a smaller bag). She then proceeded to put everything in multiple bags because, “the bigger bags are more expensive and we need to save those for the customers that spend A LOT of money.” “Not that we don’t appreciate all our customers, but you understand…right??” 🙄
This manager can keep her “expensive” shopping bags. I’ll take my business elsewhere. If I do anymore business with Pandora, I’ll be going to Greensboro.
Pandora, teach your managers some class, because this one...
