Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Winston-Salem

I generally love Zaxby's, but today i called the store because my delivery order wasn't correct. After listening, Trinity said she'll get the manager. She put the phone down and talking about me like she forgot I was on the phone, or maybe didn't care. When Joshua got on the line I told him I felt a way about how his employee was down talking my concerns. He answer was he don't know why she didn't put me on hold because she knows how to use hold. I guess it's ok as long as the customer doesn't hear, huh? That's awesome customer service. Oh it gets better I probably wouldn't be as upset if i didn't have to call back to ask Joshua did he hang up on me. He said, was there anything else I could help you with. Well, I guess not I've than your names.

I had a nice day but it was not until I went and ordered a something from the menu. And also something I paid extra for. I paid extra for meat and when I recieved the item. I got same amount of meat as I would normally get for a regular salad. Then after that when I checked my food then, that's when I notice they're hadn't been a difference in the extra meat being added to the salad. I asked if I could get my extra meat like "One Tender" to add in my salad when I originally purchase for "2 Tenders". And when I receive extra meat the guy said that from now on he couldnt give extra meat when, I actually paid for $4.00 extra and getting the same amount of meat i as the regular salad. It's very disappointing when paid extra for something and it being so complicate. The woman that worked was good but, the guy in the back was not. Just give me what I paid for and...

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!! I just left th1s store and the staff is USELESS!! I attempted to order a 30 pc boneless meal deal. Cashier rang me up for just 30pc boneless wings by itself. They had to have a Mgr to refund my money on my card and after trying 2 pay for correct order, THEN he tells me that it could take 1 to 2 days for money 2 be refunded. I'll NEVER eat at this location again. They drained my account and I received no food or nothing!! If you want zaxbys I strongly suggest the one off of Hanes mall Blvd or even the one in King!! The manager should have just voided order, rang up correct order and charged me the difference!! What a clueless staff they have at this...
