Love love love their coffee!

I’ve recently become a regular now and I love how Sabrina remembers me and my order as soon as I step up to the counter. Today I went in with my little ones and I was trying to use the Cloosiv app to redeem my reward but it kept giving me an error. While holding my son and my daughter circling around me they really stepped in trying to help me figure out the app and were extremely patient with me. I was so appreciative of them taking the time to help me as they saw me struggling holding my son and trying to type my card number into the app. The app didn’t end up working but they really tried to make it work. Once I left the store I left my card and didn’t even realize it. Luckily I was sitting in my car and Sabrina came to my window with my debit card. She actually looked for me and found me. I have had a lot of coffees in my twenty seven years, always trying new craft coffee shops as they pop up and as I hear people raving about them, but I must say Piccolo has the best coffee that I have ever had. You know the coffee is good when you remember the very first sip - which happened to be at the Winter Garden Music Fest from their portable coffee cart. I had to follow them on social media so I knew where they'd be next, and I was overjoyed when I found out they would be at the Lake Eola Sunday market. I am really happy that they got their own storefront inside the downtown Winter Garden breakfast spot, Eggs and Oats, which is a perfectly quaint location to stop in for a coffee.

Not only is the coffee memorably good every single time (the Florida Honey Latte and the Strawberry Mocha Latte, oh my goodnesss🤤🤤), but the staff are super sweet as well. The seasonal flavors are amazing! Lovvee...

i have been a couple times with great experience, but today was sadly not it 😢 the pastry was HARD, so hard it did not even drop a crumb! either stale or overcooked but it had no moisture or flavor like usual !!! and the iced latte was like syrupy milk... the drink was barely tinted brown and all i could taste was the syrup, no coffee. unfortunately had to throw away after a couple sips (was already on the go). maybe the espresso to milk ratio needs to change, or was just made wrong this time. again i have been here a few times - have ordered the same pastry and latte repeatedly with no problem!

im giving it 3 stars as the girl was very nice, i do not want the review to harm her in any way. plus i have had good past experience... im hoping i just caught them on a bad day or something, but it fully put me off, don't feel like i will...
