UPDATE: I need to update my negative review because you don’t see good customer service from businesses anymore. This owner took full responsibility and made sure to make it right. She personally called me and apologized profusely for the experience we had and the products we received being tampered with and stated they will be checking the products regularly from now on. She definitely seemed sincere, and you can tell she really cares about her business. After speaking with her, she explained she was out of town at a conference and the store had a very busy weekend and how that is not typically the ladies personality, she usually super friendly, that maybe her employee was overwhelmed and came off wrong, because that is not how she typically is. She kept repeating that it was not an excuse and I did not take it as one. She explained that the lady who was working didn’t remember us specifically and was truly mortified that we felt the way we felt. I am happy to see this may have been taken wrongly or not directed towards us or personal. She apologized many times for the tampered products and offered to refund me. I wasn’t expecting a refund (I would’ve l been happy with a replacement, but that wasn’t expected either). Thank you, Tina for making it right and my daughter and I will definitely give you another try.
This was my first time coming to this store. My daughter and I were very exited to check them out. Upon walking in we were not greeted at all when walking in. We were walking around and the lady seemed annoyed that my daughter had crutches…. She kept huffing and puffing and staring at her. We were in Orlando for my daughter’s post op appointment from tumors being removed from her leg and she’s self conscious about it as it is. She didn’t need to be reminded and made to feel uncomfortable for having crutches (her first week out of her wheelchair)….We specifically went in there to check out the amazing Rowe casa products, because I was out of a few things and wanted to support a small business along with my favorite company. Unfortunately, they were mostly out of the products (a good problem to have because they are amazing) …. There is clearly a sign that says not to open the products, which we honored. We purchased 2 products that were on my list. The scar stick for my daughter’s scars and the period relief. However, when we got home and I went to open the scar stick for my daughter we noticed it had been previously opened and tampered with. Clearly someone rubbed their finger and their nail in it…. Disgusting!! Then when I opened the period roller (which I’ve purchased many times before and know what it should smell like), I noticed it had a musty smell. I looked at the best by date and it was expired from 2024. Now, granted I do know their products can be shelf stable past the best by date, but this one did not make the cut and I’ve never experienced this ordering directly from them. My complaint is they clearly don’t check the products before selling them. Now I am out the money and the products. I like over an hour and a half away and can’t just pop in to return or exchange them… I tried emailing them, and it kicked it back. I tried to said a message from their website, but nobody has gotten back to me, and when I tried to call nobody answered their phone. I’m just disappointed in the customer service and the quality of the products. Emailed several times asking about an update on my order and never heard back. Came home to a box on my porch this afternoon and was like finally. Only to discover that they fulfilled my order wrong. I ordered 4 displays of 16 count Willy the worm, to have only received 4 total pieces, not the 32 I was expecting. I have been calling them since email contact isn’t working and no one is answering and there is no voicemail option. Will try again tomorrow.    Read moreI have shopped at this store since they opened on Plant Street. They are a bit overpriced but will not return there due to a recent experience. They have shared parking in the back with a nail salon. There is a sign in one of the spots indicating it is for Driftwood Market. It is out the back door. I was planning to go there after my nail appointment but received a nasty note that it was for employees only and I was lucky not to be towed. How selfish to have the closest place for the employee when there is a huge parking garage nearby! I was told by the salon months ago that we can park in any of the slots.
