A while back Rosemarie and I went to Fisherman's Inn for dinner. I ordered the fried haddock and Rosemarie ordered the lobster mac and cheese. As we started our first bite we both knew something was completely wrong with both orders. The haddock was barley warm and greasy. The lobster and mac was loaded with hot sauce. We immediately brought this to the attention of the owner. He was polite and explained that the cook was leaving in less than a week and he believed he was a short timer and possibly did this intentionally. The owner never offered us a new meal. If I was the owner I would have said to my customers, "I would like you to order a new meal, anything you like and it will be on me." And, you are welcome to desert and coffee."
