Tonight was my second trip to this store after moving to the area, to say I will not be back is a MASSIVE understatement. The first time I was there a few weeks ago I had to wait for well over 30 minutes after it said the pizza was ready. I can overlook that because the store was massively understaffed that night.
Tonight, however, I can't overlook incompetence and let it go. I ordered as I always have on the app and drove to the store. I ordered a deep dish pizza with beef and black olives. The timing of the order was much better than my previous visit and I got the pizza out of the delivery box thing. I got to the car and found that the pizza was beef and onion, not the beef and black olives which is what I had ordered. I went back into the store and gave it to a female employee, pointing out the mistake. I told her that I would be back, as I had another errand to run thinking that they would make another pizza. Apparently that was too large of an assumption.
When I came back to the store after around 20 minutes and walked in, the female employee said that I left before they could ask me if I wanted the order remade. I honestly was speechless and didn't know what to say. I asked her why she thought I saw I was coming back?? She just blankly stared at me and walked away.
Then from the back I could hear a male yelling and screaming about the order. He was screaming that it was stupid for me to expect they would know to re-do the order. My wife and kids, who were sitting in the car, could see him through the windows flapping his arms around and screaming, I could only hear him. I hollered to the back that I wanted my money back, that I didn't want them making any of my food.
The male came around the corner and was nasty, asking me how were they supposed to know. I just told him I wanted my money back. At this point this male, named Malcom, asked if I had a receipt and I didn't, I only had my order on my phone. I turned on the order and turned the phone so he could see it. He said, "it says beef." I pointed out that it ALSO said black olives, yet the pizza had onions, did he see onions on the order? Again, he said, "..but the beef was correct on the pizza."
I told him to give me my money back. At that point he began typing on the cash register and then handing me a receipt, saying it would be four or five days before it shows up on my debit card, which is fine.
The purpose of this message is twofold. One is that my favorite pizzas is Little Ceasar's and I'm very disappointed at the fact that I'm pretty sure I've had my last one now that I have moved to a different part of Florida. I refuse to go anywhere that I am berated and talked to like trash by the staff, not going to happen. I also refuse to go to a place where the staff is truly that incompetent to not have and use a slice of common sense.
This entire store really needs a long view from corporate and...
Read moreI came in to order hoping they had the pizza already prepared, was told to wait for more cheese to come out. I was patient at first and even felt bad they were overwhelmed with orders tonight. However, I watched as two waves of customers(those that ordered before me and those that ordered AFTER me) got their orders before my simple one. I only wanted a plain cheese pizza with crazy bread. It wasn't until another customer entered and ordered cheese and got it IMMEDIATELY that I had to step forward since no one wanted to let me know my order was ready.
I waited 45 minutes for one pizza and one order of crazy bread, and to 'make me feel better' they gave me a fresh batch of crazy bread when I honestly should've gotten a refund.
A woman also noted to them that their baker, or the man in the back who was preparing the dough, was not wearing gloves and constantly touching his hair and wiping his face while working the dough. All the cashier said, who I'm assuming is named Alfredo based on my receipt, was that "I wash my hands everytime I go to the back ma'am" though that had nothing to do with him... it was about the cook. Let alone the cashier lied as all of us saw his blackened fingers.
We are in covid-19 times where it is important, like EXTREMELY IMPORTANT, to wear GLOVES, A MASK, and if you got such thick hair you need a HAIRNET when cooking, cleaning, or doing any sort of customer service work. I waited 45 minutes for food that I honestly didn't even want to eat anymore after the other customer pointed out how dirty they kept everything.
I don't want a refund, I don't want more pizza, I don't want anything fixed about my service today other than the staff paying much more attention to their customers and...
Read moreI ordered online 2 hours prior to pick up time but it was still not ready when it was promised. When I walked into the store, I was not greeted at all. Finally someone came from the back and asked "what do you need?" I told her that I ordered online and was waiting. Another customer was standing there and finally asked where her order was and was told it was coming up. I stood there waiting for about 10 minutes for my order and witnessed very unprofessional behavior from the employees. They were yelling, throwing food, laughing (horseplay) while we were waiting. One employee was yelling at another something about DoorDash, 2 employees were watching something on a phone. I assumed it was a video of some sort because they were amused by whatever they were watching. Another young lady was on the phone still complaining about DoorDash. As I was standing there waiting for our order, I finally saw my name on the screen. Why they didn't just hand it to me since I had been standing there for quite some time is beyond me. I was not thanked, have a good night, nothing. Absolutely nothing was said to me. Once I got home, I noticed that the order was wrong. I specifically ordered because certain people in my home are picky eaters. Maybe if there was less horseplay and more professionalism in this store, things would have been satisfactory and made to order. I did not call the store last night because I did not want to speak with the individuals that were there. To improve this location, maybe more professional employees, more friendly and take their responsibilities serious. It is an establishment, not a playground. No wonder there's a "Now Hiring"...
