Hello I just wanted to tell you thank you for sending me the gift cards. However I returned to the restaurant January 1st on New Year's in the evening part and I ordered steak and shrimp platter that comes with the tortillas rice and beans you also have a side order you can pay an extra dollar for guacamole sour cream and cheese I waited for this platter for about 15 minutes while I was waiting I noticed a device on the table and picked it up and started to play with it I noticed that I could sign up for rewards and I did and was given free chips and salsa dip and I showed my waitress and was given the free chips and salsa and I wondered why I was never offered this before on my first visit. When they brought my food to the table I noticed that it had chicken steak and shrimp I told the waitress Savannah that I only ordered the shrimp and steak and she said she put the order in for shrimp and steak and if it was okay with me I can have the chicken so I said okay as long as I wasn't going to be charged for it because I didn't order it. I started to eat my food and when I took a piece of steak I put it into the tortilla to make something like a burrito and I added everything to my tortilla as I was eating it I noticed the steak what's cold and tough I called the waitress Savannah back over and I asked her was the steak supposed to be cold and she said no and I told her that the steak was cold to the touch and she said I will take it back and reheat it for you and As I took it off the plate to put it on another plate for her she said it's also pretty Raw. I was a little bit disgusted at this point that I had eaten the cold raw steak. However when she brought it back and I ate it it was really really good the platter was really really good except for the cold steak I asked for a take out box for my leftovers and literally had to get up to ask for a bag which I thought should have been given to me with the Box just thought I'd let you know that this place needs a little Improvement my first issue was with the customer service but this time it was actually with the food. This was only my second visit. Thank you Respectfully...
Read moreTonight was our last visit at this location. The last 2 times we went, the hostess tried to seat us at the bar rather than in the nearly empty dining room. The finish on the tables was chipping off, making me wonder how they could even get them clean. The server tried, but at every turn she was returning food to the kitchen due to kitchen errors. This happened with every table around us. The food for my table came out unusually slow. I had the chicken crispers and they were okay, nothing special. My companion had the Old Timer burger. The bun was dry with it falling apart with each bite, the meat of the burger was so overcooked that it fell apart in chunks and was too dry to easily swallow. The burger was supposed to come with lettuce, onion, chopped tomato, and mustard. It had only the lettuce. The server got a slice of tomato and a bottle of mustard, but the tomato was not ripe and too firm to eat. The fountain drinks we got had a cleaning chemical taste to them and tasted very watered down. The restaurant was very cold inside leaving us shivering and wanting to depart quickly. When it was time to pay the bill, we were expected to pay via the video kiosk on the table. That would have been okay had we wanted to pay via credit/debit card, but we were paying via cash. Wake up management and correct the issues at this location, or expect it to close due to lack of customers. Not a pleasant experience or even good food. Tonight was a waste of $40 for 2 people. They are getting no more...
Read moreI have been coming to Chilis for a very long time. This was the last time my family and I will go. Dark and no one at the door as a hostess or any waitress to seat us. One other family ahead of us and many tables free. Servers looked at us and didn't come to us. Finally a personable waitress came and sat us. She had 2 tables and us. She took a long time to get our drinks (waters and ice tea) and forgot a straw. I had to ask again after waiting over 5 minutes. Then she kept saying a different app than what we ordered. We waited 20 minutes for it with some excuse about power surge. What she brought us I had never seen at Chilis before. Skimpy, dried out and with maybe a 1/4 tsp. of pico sauce that was what their almost $ 11 chicken nachos was like. We were hungry so we complained but ate it. Next came our main dishes after another long wait. My grandson's margarita chicken had beans that were all dried out and looked so unappetizing. My daughters enchiladas also had dried up beans, like they had sat out a long while and then over microwaved. The enchiladas were almost empty of any filling, just a bit of chicken. It was not worth eating. The only good thing for the whole venture was the Supervisor who came and was personable and comped our bill. I was embarrassed for them and felt uncomfortable that it had to be done that way. That was literally the only saving moment. I would never have thought that Chilis could be so bad. There was no excuse for...
