This Wawa is hands-down the worst excuse for a store I’ve ever walked into. It’s not just bad—it’s a full-blown disaster. Whoever’s managing this circus should be ashamed. From the top down, this place is running on fumes, attitude, and apathy.
Let’s talk about the so-called cashier. I don’t know who decided to hire someone who can’t see more than a few inches in front of their face, but they need to rethink their hiring process. If you can’t even recognize currency or read an ID without trying to rip it out of someone’s hand to scan it like you’re TSA, you shouldn’t be working a register. You’re not getting my ID to scan—look at it, verify it, and move on. I’m not here for a fight over basic competence.
She refused service when I didn’t hand it over. Refused. Like I was doing something wrong by protecting my personal information from being pointlessly scanned. Lady, if the job’s too much, hang it up. Nobody’s making you be here. But if you’re here, don’t take your misery out on paying customers just trying to grab a drink and go.
And speaking of drinks—$5+ for a goddamn refill? Are you kidding me? That’s not just overpriced, that’s highway robbery. This ain’t an amusement park. It’s a gas station. A refill should not cost more than the original drink. What the hell are you people smoking when you set prices?
The entire environment feels like a joke. Try walking from your car to the door without being hit up by ten different people asking for money, cigarettes, or change. Ten. That’s not an exaggeration. Where is the staff? Where is any form of crowd control or basic order? It’s like management gave up and said, “Let the parking lot become a free-for-all.”
Back to the cashier—she acted like I was personally ruining her day by existing. You don’t like people? Fine. But don’t work a job that requires interacting with them. Her attitude was toxic, her behavior was unprofessional, and her refusal to do her job properly was enough to make me walk out. Not only that, I’ve reported this whole thing to corporate and logged the exact store number with the BBB. This isn’t just some bad shift—it’s a pattern of garbage behavior.
I’m telling everyone I know—friends, family, co-workers—to stay away from this dump. I’ll even pay them to go somewhere else. That’s how serious I am about making sure nobody else deals with the trash fire that is this Wawa. You want customer service? Go literally anywhere else. You want overpriced drinks, attitude, and a gauntlet of beggars just to walk inside? Then sure, come here. But don’t say I didn’t warn you.
If this store were a person, I’d say it needs therapy, a career change, and a reality check. Until then, I’ll be taking my business—and my money—far away from...
Read moreThis is my go to one-stop shop! Ms. Cat is the face and heart of Wawa. I go every morning and I know I’m going to have a great experience. Whether it’s a warm greeting, a humorous exchange at check out or assisting with any concerns, Ms. Cat goes above and beyond. I also have to highlight the ladies in the coffee area Maritza and her daughter! They keep me caffeinated and literally remembered my order only after a time or two that now even before I pay they know it’s me. They always give bright smiles and energy that starts my day on a high note. Angie one of the managers is also so attentive and takes affirmative action when there are issues. I’ve seen her step in and get her team out the weeds in every area of that store. That’s a great manager if you ask me. She resolved issues and in a manner that is not dismissing to the customer or demeaning to the staff. I know this is a long one but in a world that is so fast past and reviews seem to be a way to vent about negative encounters I really want to highlight the great team and work ethic at Wawa. It’s not a fluke, it’s not random. The fact that this ten minute store visit regularly for two years is something I look forward to, it’s a part of my routine and the people at this store really makes all the difference. I been to other Wawa’s and they DON’T have ms. Cat! Don’t ever lose her she has fostered a lot of customer loyalty and that is irreplaceable! Great job management on recognizing the importance of the right people...

When I paid for my food to eat there, so she goes & get her manager which is a cubby set white woman & she said since I wasn't gonna comply never going to call the police. & Stated that she was tired of having problems with me the manager did & I never had a run in with this woman in my life but I was almost trespassed for nothing & I will be calling the corporate office if this...
