With love, I want to offer advice for more continuity with customer experience: -Customer service training for existing and newly hired staff including greeting customers upon entry and exit, checking in during wait and after eating meal -Expectation management for wait times of dishes upon ordering and informing customers if it will be longer than that time Bonus: placate with trying a delicious beverage or pastry, on the house if over -Dedicated staff to respond to all reviews on Yelp and Google to thank reviewers for their positive feedback & offer resolution or more info for those that are negative -Ceiling fan in dining area to move smoky air or better exhaust system in kitchen -Signage or foldable chalk bulletin on exterior of building listing hours and open (the existing open sign is hard to see with the tent on window and cafe is not visible from all parking spots)
This was my 2nd visit to Cuppa Eden and it was polar opposites from my initial introduction. The first was spectacular! There was a young lady working the dining area who was so pleasant and added to the ambiance with her hospitality.
In a nutshell, this second visit will be my last. Upon entering, the young man cashiering did not greet us nor say I will be with you shortly as we idly waited at the counter as he fulfilled other duties. Once he was done and at the kiosk, he sort of awkwardly stared, still with no greeting so we warmly initiated with a “hello how are you” 😬 Fast forward, we waited over 45minutes for food to not come out and for other patrons who came 10mins after us to be given their food. I asked for a refund and when (who I am assuming was the manager) came to the kiosk, she didn’t greet me nor ask about my experience. Merely confirmed my name and that the refund would go back on my card. Very disappointing for any business let alone a small one (and on the heels of a fantastic 1st experience months prior). Please be better for future customers and ensure a consistent experience so that they can return. Want Cuppa Eden...

Hidden gem alert! Located in Inwood, which is a short distance from downtown Winter Haven, and well worth going to. The coffee shop is small, but smartly organized and adorable inside. They have different options for coffee and the food is mouthwatering. I tried the special which was a tomato soup and grilled...
