When I arrived to the store there were two people ahead of me still waiting to be served despite there being 3 employees working. The employees were more focused on taking care of online orders rather than serving the customers in front of them. By the time I left it had been 25 minutes for me to get two cups of ice cream. As a former restaurant manager, the customers physically inside the store always took priority over online orders (who rarely show up on time anyway).
Now let's talk about the cost. I didn't realize until the end that the $8 cup of ice cream only included two mix ins, with each additional being an extra $1.09. I wrongly assumed that choosing one of their standard suggestions on the wall would be all inclusive of the price. Looking at the offerings now, I see every single one of them have 3 or more toppings in them, which is a sneaky way of getting people to pay more. In all it cost me $20 for two mediocre cups of ice cream.
Unfortunately due to the slow service and high cost, the value just isn't there for me to want to revisit again...
   Read moreI really like this location,it is always super clean and friendly staff ,but my issue is for whoever manages this location/owns this location.This last Friday 3/15/24 at around 230 pm I bought two "gotta have it " ice creams mixes. Although the ice cream was made very well. It was disappointing to see the one young man working by himself. He was managing working here by his self on a Friday afternoon. He did a really good job and had a great attitude but that is besides the point he should not be working there by himself.Even if they are short staff , someone should have came to help him . I don't know if he is a manager but he should be with his great customer service even with doing all orders by himself.He was doing in store orders, mobile orders and ringing up customers by himself,But at the end the day he shouldnt have too.I hope in the future this store has more help for there employees so they won't...

As soon as we walked in, we were not greeted, both workers were seated on the counters and were talking to friends who werenât purchasing anything. While standing waiting to be helped, the younger woman eventually hopped down off the counter and huffed as if we were an inconvenience to her PAID TIME ON THE CLOCK. And when we decided to leave she hopped back up on the counter and continued her chat. As we were leaving, we didnât get a âhave a good dayâ or anything. We took our business a couple doors down to the cupcake shop where we spent our money on a local owned business rather than a chain where they hire people who have no customer service experience...
