Clink… drink… and sink into a little bit of luxury in Winter Park Villages at the Flutes Champagne Bar. This place is sheik, channeling the upscale charm and style of traditional mid-century Parisian elegance, with a sleek bar and quaint lamp-lit tables featuring Bauhaus influences. It’s a cool little retreat from the summer heat, or a nice place for a nightcap after an evening of frolicking around the WP at one of many great foodie destinations.
Of course, do try the champagne. They have a great assortment, and lots to explore. There’s also wine, and a nice assortment of beers to boot. I had a Florida local craft, while my lady indulged in the bubbles.
There’s not much in the way of food, but they have these amazing little potato chips that add just the right amount of vim and vigor to complement your liquids. They also have a cheeseboard, which could satisfy a bigger craving.
The outdoor patio is nice, giving you the front seat to the epicenter of Winter Park Villages, where people watching is at its zenith. You’re right across the street from the Regal Cinema, so Flutes is a great place to go after a film to discuss the plot twists and make...

Now, the only reason why I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 is because last time I was there I took a friend for the first time and even though she loved it, when our charcuterie board arrived we were in disbelief. We didn't take a picture because who takes pictures of ugly food?🥲. But just picture it though, a white, rectangular glass plate with a wooden cheese knife (literally points off for using that plate with that knife), then 6 items, one row on top of the other with like 3 fingers of space in between the next item (either top or side to side), and like 6 of those baguette toasted crackers from Target on each side of the plate. (Can't believe it, found a picture that kind of shows the plate!). Now, I'm no charcuterie connoisseur, but I know my way around it and I've made them countless times to know a thing or two, and for 22 dollars, that was horrible. The wine choice though, fantastic, and the DJ was okay, the ambience felt more club-like than lounge-like. we went on a Saturday, I would've loved if they had the saxophonist there but...

Even though I’m not typically a champagne drinker, I appreciated how well-rounded their menu was, offering a great selection of wines and beers as well, so there was something for everyone to enjoy. The staff were equally impressive — welcoming, attentive, and genuinely pleasant, making the experience even more enjoyable.
