I went there Saturday morning with my son in the car, I ordered at the window. I had to repeat my order. Probably five times, and they still couldn’t get it correct. She asked me if it appeared correctly on the screen. I told her no she told me to go ahead and still pull forward to the first window. I did. I told her at the first window that my order was still missing an item, she still had me paying go to the second window at the second window. The person did not speak English. I did my best to communicate with them and tell them that my order was still missing an item. I wanted to purchase a happy meal toy. As you guys do not have happy meals for breakfast, I ordered my son a sausage burrito, and myself. A bacon, egg and cheese. Bagel meal with a small iced coffee, I requested five times for the meal to have no breakfast sauce, when I got to the second window and requested it again to purchase the toy. They told me that they don’t have any toys in the entire store. I got home and realized that my breakfast sandwich did indeed have sauce after I requested five times for it to be without breakfast sauce, and the bagel was burnt, not dark, but Black, I have photos, I called the store. Nobody answered. I called the store again. I was hung up on. I called the corporate number. Customer service told me the team leader would call me back promptly. Nobody ever called me back. I called customer service again to no avail. I called the store again. I was put on the phone with a girl named Akaysha, I’m not sure if I’m spelling that correctly because she told me she couldn’t spell her own name. So these only kind of employees that they’re hiring that are either not bright enough to spell their own names or complacement with being that rude to a customer. who’s already had an issue. I was put on “hold“ after explaining to her what had happened, but she also didn’t know how to operate the telephone. So I overheard her entire conversation where she made fun of me and complained to another person at the store. Who apparently wasn’t the manager, because I guess all of their team leaders and managers happen to be off. This was the information I was given. They went back-and-forth about how there was nothing that they could do. And then I’ll have to wait now three more days from the incident to actually speak with the manager and possibly get my order remade. I deserve to have my entire order. Remade and I deserve a toy at no charge. Because of the ridiculous way that I’ve been treated, this is the closest McDonald’s to me, and I will probably never go again, except to get my order, remade, and to get the toy. The managers name is Joseph, and these are the employees that he has and told me I would have to wait to speak to him on Tuesday morning...

I have lived in NY, PA, CALI, PR and now FL and unfortunately will not visit this McDonald's (independently owned) again, but will make sure that my over social media 20k followers here about my worst experience at this McDonald's.
Oh, for those that have kids, do not bring them here for a happy meal, apparently they always run out of the toys that they use to lure your kids with because some employees are making reservations and are selling the toys and displays as they please as per Cynthia...
If you ask for a Store Manager or owner Cynthia will refuse to provide and additionally the owner picture isn't anywhere throughout the store.
Lastly, I encourage people to stop paying or wasting your money when service continues to be less than 5 stars, when you choose to pay for a meal that costs as much as a non fast food restaurant but get less than a one star in terms of customer service, you allow for these individuals such as Cynthia to train, lead, be responsible for your food but also service you with the attitude she always has.
This is NOT A FAMILY MCDONALD'S, SAVE YOURSELF FROM A HEADACHE AND A SAD CHILD OR FEW SAD CHILDREN. Go to a corporate McDonald's instead where they still value your visit and is worth spending at.

Read morelately they have been getting the orders wrong. Went there tonight and had to go back to get the nuggets they forgot. And I get home and bite my quarter pounder. It was so under cooked. Like raw and bloody. Literally had to recook the meat to be able to eat it. Wish I could upload the picture. 🤦 Update 2/3/ 22 got the nastiest attitude over 2 packets of sauce. Order 1369 at 12am so the girl that took the order was nice. The one that gave us the order was miserable. Maybe she should be put on an earlier shift. We get out food didn't get the sauce when we checked. I ask for the sauce the girl hands me 1 sweet and sour 1 ranch for 20 nuggets. I ask if I can get one more of each she says no she put sauce in the bag already so I can't give you more. I told her there was no sauce she says can I see you check the bags. So we do. Before she does she yells outt o Becca saying Becca did you put sauce in the bag like we were going to lie about some sauce. I don't know about anyone else but when I'm treated rudely for a service I pay for I feel like my money was stolen. Some of these employees need to be retrained. Treat people with dignity and respect especially when its part of your job...
