Ordered a custom ice cream cake for my daughters birthday. Long story short, I was told that they forgot to place the order with the cake decorator so the cake wasn't available. I was told I could purchase a "generic" cake from the freezer. No discount even offered. The person at the counter didn't seem to care that my daughter's party was ruined. Two people in line behind me said the same thing happened to them. On my way home to the party I ended up purchasing a cake from another company at last minute as I didn't want to give them the business. Went it 2 days ahead to get a Ice cream ordered. Placed order with a pleasant girl working. She write down my order and name to write on the cake and took my payment. I came to pick up my cake. I really wanted my kids to be able to taste a couple different flavors before selecting one they wanted, just like when I was little. Apparently, they do not offer samples anymore.
