Update - The general manager from this Jimmy John's reached out to me promptly to apologize for below and to get more details. It was nice to see them address the concern so promptly. The food is always fresh and quick. However, that shouldn’t mean customer service is compromised. I order from this store often. I usually order condiments on the side so I can control the portion. When ordering, it is always delivery. However, usually forget the condiments. I don’t usually call them back about it. Today I did. The gentleman on the phone nicely offered to send the driver back out with the condiments. Upon arrival, the driver walked in, held out the back, I took it and said thank you, the driver said nothing and turned and walked out. I paid for delivery the first time and also tipped the driver the first time as well. A simple, “your welcome”, or “sorry we forgot the condiments” would have been appreciated and...

Disappointing experience. I ordered two subs for pickup - one of which was for my wife who had literally just given birth not 24 hours earlier. The online order goes through, I go to pick it up, arrive at 8:42PM and the place is closed - lights out, no one inside. I thought, oh man the online hours must be off. They must close earlier than 9PM. But then why was my debit card charged? I call the next morning to cancel the order and mention I thought they were open until 9PM. Guess what? They are supposed to be open until 9PM, but looks like whoever was working the night shift on 10/14/22 decided to pack up early and go home. This was infuriating because every other place is closing and my wife, who’s still in the hospital at this point, is not gonna get her...

I've never had a problem here however tonight I ordered mini jimmies online and asked for them to be ready for pick up at 7:45. I walked in at 7:40 and was waiting for pick up the man at the counter said oh we didn't get the order. He then looked around and found a ticket, looked at me and said ya I just got it. I explained that it wasn't my problem and asked how much longer to prepare my order, he said 10 minutes. I asked for a drink while I wait and he charged me $2 for the drink, which is fine however online the drink was 1.65 the man at the counter looked upset with me.
