KFC — Restaurant in Wixom

Stopped on my way home from work to get a 12pc extra crispy meal with 3 sides and biscuits. It took me 1/2 hour to get home because of the weather today and when I got home the order was wrong. I had no biscuits and the sides were wrong and the chicken well if you want to call it that. The chicken was way over cooked and there was no meat on most of it all there was is breading and if you got lucky to have meat it was way dry and hard. I tried to call them but no one would answer the phone so I called customer service and told them what happened. Then I called back to the restaurant and this time the manager answered I told him what happened he wanted me to drive back 1/2 hour in the Ice weather today with all the food. He asked what meal did I have I said the 12pc meal and he keep saying something totally different this happened 3 times he would never listen to me saying 12pc meal he keep saying something totally different I finally asked for the District phone number and then he hung up on me. So I called the customer service again and told them what he did now I have to wait for someone to call me. Let's see if...

I have forgiven this place on 10 separate occasions. Each time I order here it is always wrong in some way. If its not the chicken being raw, its being givin mashed potato instead of potato wedges. The receipts show the correct food items. But the bag has nothing right! And the cherry on the cake was today when I ordered dinner for my family. (4 five $ boxes), we were given no sauce but charged 2.50 for it. And we did not receive two of our drinks. We sat at the window waiting for the cashier to come back for 5 min but she never did. We then chose to go inside amd get our missing items. Only to be called theifs for wanting the items we were charged for! I tried to show my receipt, but the male manager stated I should leave and not come back!!! By now I realized this place is trash and needs a definite change in staffing. And upon calling the restaurant back we were just told there is nothing they can do about it now? We called the owner and asked to have a quick chat, but that's been ignored as well. The food was fine.. Well its KFC pretty much standard and know what your going to get. But the reason for the one star was the staff, or should I say one particular staff member. We had a younger girl taking our order and an older woman watching over her. There was a sign on the window "claiming" free cinnabon dessert with any 10 piece or larger combo meal. We order a 12 tender meal (4 biscuits, mac and cheese, Cole slaw). When we mentioned the free dessert with meal the young girl looked at older lady. (Very rudly) The miserable older woman says "it's only for chicken meals". We respond with "I'm confused we ordered a 12 piece chicken meal." She snapped back with "bone in only". No where on the sign did it say anything about that, it clearly said ANY 10 piece or larger chicken meal. So we mentioned that and she just walked away. Her rudeness was bad enough, then to walk away without responding was worse.. Anyone with a shred of customer service would have just given the cinnabons. I personally could care less about them I wouldn't of touched them but the kids would...
