i have many mixed feeling about teresas. the fresh pasta is delicious here, but the execution of the dishes is not always up to par for the prices they are asking. they are also fairly careless with allergies. the waitstaff are lovely, but food orders do get mixed up and drink orders get forgotten about. someone in my party told the waiter they have a dairy allergy. when their dish came, it was covered in cheese. when we finally found the waiter again, they sent it back and mixed the cheese into the dish instead of remaking the dish without the allergen as they should have done in the first place. we needed to find a waiter again to get this fixed. the waiter apologized profusely. it took a while to receive the remade dish, during which everyone else had finished their meal. in the end, they did not even offer any compensation or to take the dish off the bill. i know that food service is chaotic, as i worked in food service for a while, but this is is just negligence. their bolognese is not traditional as they add cream to it. the meatballs are made with too much bread crumbs and not enough meat, so the consistency is like pulsed soggy bread. their marinara sauce and veal piccata are pretty great. the short rib pappardelle is good, but a little salty. the fresh pasta is perfect. the caesar salad is pretty good and the crunchy bread crumb is a nice touch. the prices are pretty high given the negligence when it comes to food allergies, poor execution of dishes, and fairly small portions. the waitstaff are lovely, but i dont think that i will be coming here again.

Decent food. I had the Caesar salad, chicken piccata (barely tasted like lemon), and tiramisu (very good!). Bread was also delicious. The olive oil served with the bread didn't have garlic, chili flakes, etc. The Creamy Espresso martini (choice of creamy or black) was delicious. I also tried The pistachio martini (decent, could use foam & pistachio dust or something more... it was lacking something), and Signature drinks: Toasted coconut (tastes like a watery pina colada) , Pearberry (Potential to be great, but they add way too much raspberry puree to the point of the drink being thick from it) , and a blueberry lemon drink (not a fan, tastes like I'd imagine household cleaner to taste like. Multiple people in my party agreed). Staff was great! Dining area was pretty empty & quiet the night I went, but all tables were business groups. I think they could definitely improve their cocktails. Everything except the martinis just tasted like the mixers. I never drink and barely could taste the alcohol. This was my first time drinking in a year (I just had a baby) and I was not affected by the drinks I drank other than the martini's. I rarely drink (probably 2 times a year) and am also instantly affected by alcohol after a few sips, none of the mixed drinks affected me at all. I will be giving this place another try as everything I tried was part of a fixed menu (other than the drinks).

What a $310 disappointment for a party of 2! We love the N Reading restaurant, but they are closed on Mondays. Cocktails were ok, wine was delicious, Tuna Tartar came with a huge pile of potato shoestring on top of it, which reminded me of the snack you got in the can. Horrible. Husband enjoyed his prime rib, but has had better. My steak tips, althought cooked med rare, had no taste & very chewy/dry. Dessert was the only thing edible. As you can see by the picture, no one came to clear our plates/glasses by the time dinner came. Very disappointed & won't be back.

My family celebrated my son’s first communion at Teresa’s yesterday and I was truly overwhelmed by the service and atmosphere created by the most amazing staff. From the initial planning emails with Jeff, to the first dinner there with my kids try the food with Nick as our server, and to the last minute requests the day of, every interaction was a reminder that excellent customer service still exists and we couldn’t have been happier. Jillian went above and beyond when I called in a panic wondering how I could get the cake there before the restaurant opened as it was now going to be an 80 degree day and I couldn’t keep it in the car during the ceremony. I was so impressed by her sincerity and willingness to help, one of the first things I did when I arrived was seek her out so I could personally thank her. Brook, Emily, Casey and Nick truly made the day special as they were extremely kind, friendly, fun, so accommodating and extremely attentive to every guest. This review would be pages long if I went into all the ways they made me and my family feel like our experience was their number one priority. Moving tables last minute, finding a chair from the office to accommodate my 87 year old mother and her aches and pains allowing her to sit comfortably at the table for the entire meal, entertaining the kids table… everyone in attendance complimented on how exceptional they were and what a great time it was. And there were other staff members that assisted, answered questions and also went out of their way to help out in any way they could. I wish I asked all of their names. The food was delicious (everything from the bread to the entrees), the service was top notch, the atmosphere is beautiful and I would book a hundred more parties here. And in case you were wondering, the pricing was moderate considering the level of excellence they achieve. Teresa’s Woburn has done an outstanding job at setting the standards high and following through on every front. I can’t thank you enough. Can’t wait...

We went to Teresa's in Woburn with our leadership team on Wednesday 1/22/25. We know the Middleton and Reading locations very well and have visited them on many occasions since they opened and have always had a great experience. Last night was not at all the same. Our group of 6 didn't arrive at the same time, but bread and oil were brought to the table. The server poured water for us as well. Our last guest was late, and the server made a point of saying that the kitchen closes at 8:30. Our reservation was at 7:30. To me, if the kitchen closes at 8:30, the last reservation should be at 7. We immediately felt rushed to place our order. Because no one else was in the restaurant, it seemed like the staff wanted to feed us and send us on our way. We ordered an appetizer and once it came out, we immediately ordered our dinner. It came out in a timely fashion, but my dinner was not correct. I ordered the chicken, broccoli, and zit with garlic wine sauce and no cheese - I have a dairy allergy. Two of my team members ordered it with alfredo sauce. I was also served the alfredo which I can't eat. I didn't realize it until after the plate was dropped. It was a solid 5 minutes before the server came over to check on us. At this point it was close to 8:30 and although she offered to have it re-made, I didn't want to be the last one eating and felt that the restaurant was trying to close anyway. I ended up sharing a dinner with my colleague and didn't end up eating that much. The dinner was taken off the bill, but overall, it was a disappointing experience. As I said, the other locations are always consistent with excellent service and this location didn't stand up to the...

FIVE STARS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Saturday night August 12th, my husband & I went to Teresa’s in Woburn for their 1st Saturday at this location, and it was fantastic! We went to celebrate & it was nice to get dressed up & go on a date! We were lovers of the Beacon Grille years ago and had special memories there so going back to this location was exciting for us! There aren’t many, if any, restaurants in Woburn that you get dressed to go to but I love that Teresa’s provided that for us! It feels great to doll yourself up and go to an upscale restaurant! Right away the remodeling took my breath away! The decor is chic and modern yet classic! Perfect for a family dinner or a romantic date night! The hostess was charming & our waitress Danielle H was wonderful! She is so friendly and personable, and having a happy & smiley waitress just added to our great experience! The owner & manager came to our table to welcome us and it was great to meet them! A huge Congratulations to them on this amazing accomplishment! The antipasto was fabulous, the steak tips (sauce delicious) & ribeye (butter it was paired with was mouth watering) were both phenomenal, not to mention the potatoes and vegetables! Yum! Oh and my favorite part, the bread! I could eat their bread all day! Unfortunately I was too full to get dessert but I’ll double up the next time! The menu was so good it was hard to choose just one entree but I already know what I’m ordering the next time I go! This will be my new go-to restaurant for date nights and more! Oh and I can’t forget that I also MUST go for lunch as well because the lunch menu looks delicious!! Bravo! Chefs Kiss! & Congratulations! See...
