extremely rude teenagers working here. my mom placed an online order and i went to pick it up through their drive through but i was given the wrong order, i got home and realized it was wrong so i had to go back and get it replaced (mind you this order was placed at 7:58pm) and i didn't get my original order until 8:45.) while i was on my way my mom had called and told them about the mistake and asked for the food to be remade because the bowls had chickens and were sitting for nearly an hour at that point but they told her they were not going to be remaking it and hung up on her. i got there and explained to the person on the drive through what happened and without even saying hi she says "oh yea your mom was yelling at everyone on the phone" so i immediately got offended because i knew my mother wasn't yelling at them. i asked for the food to be remade and this little girl was practically pushing the food into my car and telling me they remade every thing (three bowls and a quesadilla) they in fact did not so me and her went back and forth until i finally just took the food, ill admit i called her the b word because she was absolutely being one. long story short those sensitive teenagers got my moms account banned and we all don't feel very good after eating extremely cold chicken. unless u want food poisoning and rude kids making your food i wouldn't...
Read moreI am writing to express my concern about the service and cleanliness at your chipotle branch wood village . My recent visit left me quite disappointed, and I believe improvements are necessary for a better customer experience.
During my visit, I noticed multiple employees eating food while on the clock. This was happening while one employee was struggling to assist multiple families. The cashier and what appeared to be the drive-through crew were in a corner, eating tacos that seemed to be prepared by another employee who was on the clock. This behavior was concerning as customers were left waiting to place their orders. The employees frequently walked back and forth without attending to the customers, which made the customer frustrated. Eventually, another lady came out from the back to help, but the initial impression had already been tarnished.
Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment seemed dirty, and the loud music playing contained profanity, which is inappropriate for a family-friendly environment.

The online orders are a simple game of match games, and literally, 90% of the time that I try to order online, the order they give me is wrong. All the person has to do is match the sticker to the correct item. And they just don't pay any attention and just slap a taco order sticker on a cheese quesadilla order. They are not even the same packaging!!! Chipotle should get rid of this process completely, and every person should go back to watching the Chipotle employees make the food you ask for. This online order thing is dragging the whole company down. I waited through 3 people paying for their meals before they replaced 2 chicken tacos.
