Dunkin' — Restaurant in Woodbridge Township

The employees HERE need to pay better attention to good customer service. I asked for bacon and egg on croissant and got all the way home to find i could not eat my food because they put them on bagels - which i cannot chew. The receipt even showed i asked for croissants. They seemed like i was bothering them. I spent close to 50 dollars this morning at this DD. What a dissapointment. No smiles. Had go back and cut the line just to get a large plastic bag when the girl could have just stepped over and got me one from behind the counter when i asked - i had enough stuff that i should have have been offered the large plastic bag in the first place. and she was not too busy to grab one for me. I can understand one employee having a bad day, but there is no excuse for all the employees making a customer feel like crap. This stote was not busy, either. And i still left a tip because i know what it is like to have a job like that. Will not retun to this DD. Other reviewers have had similar experiences here. I had a highly frustrating experience at Dunkin' Donuts. Despite there being no one ahead of me or in the store, it took an inexplicably long 7 minutes to get my order. The staff in the back were loudly engaged in their own conversation, making the wait even more irritating. After finally receiving my wrap and heading to my vehicle, I returned to use the restroom, only to find it barricaded off. When I inquired about it, the employee told me it was broken, but then said someone was in there and I had to wait. This contradictory response was both confusing and infuriating. As a customer who had traveled over an hour, I simply wanted to use the restroom, and the refusal left me completely fed up. It's frustrating when businesses lock their restrooms, especially when you've spent your hard-earned money there.

02/21/2025 . These people are still idiots. I did a mobile order and I walked in and my Boston cream was in the same bag as my hot sandwich. Long story short my donut was a mess because of these people. The store needs to be removed...

My 17yr old son was looking for a job. So he figured he should try and ask for an application since they had a big sign saying they were hiring. once you drive in there’s a sign and a sign on the widow as well. But soon as he walks in and ask. They took one look at him and say where not hiring. But they have a sign advertising that they're hiring. I felt like they had profiled my son as soon as he had walked through the door. Once I came back to the car he seen sad. So I walked inside myself but soon as I walked in. They were laughing saying. Yeah he didn't fit the profile. They Didn't think that I was his father. I'm so disgusted. They are racist. I'm a white male and my child is mix. He's a white male, mixed with Portuguese.
