Ok, food was really good and the establishment is clean. Good variety of draft beer, pictures attached. This should've been a better review however today is my husband's birthday and we wanted to try this place for some time. There was a wait so we decided to sit at the bar, perfect location as hubby loves sports and the tv's were perfectly positioned, I attached pictures. Jocelyn and Pete was working, Jocelyn took our order, when our food came my husband had loaded fries but he actually ordered sweet potato fries (pictures attached), she admitted she pushed the wrong button, no issue. They took his food removed the loaded fries, then bought a side of sweet potato fries, problem solved, Meanwhile a man of senior age sat down next to us and we witnessed Pete professionally take the man's drink order, and proceed working the bar, while handling Jocelyn jalapeños which she refused to take, avoiding eye contact with him, while rudely telling him she didn't need it anymore, smirking with another employee in front of guests she and he was serving. It was really caddy behavior and he handled it like a mature man. We didn't enjoy seeing her speak down to him. It was nice to see him patiently serve the elderly man after being treated like that. It was clear, he's there to work. She was so busy being a mean person to her teammate that she never served my salad, after I finished my entire meal I told her I didn't get it and she uturned in place, came a few minutes later with a salad. She kinda avoided us after this, it was weird, maybeshe thought her tip was ruined, which is not a good excuse. She gave the attitude that she wasn't concerned about our experience. She needs customer service training, also training in how to respect...
Read moreWe haven’t come here in forever so we decided to give it another try. There were a decent amount of issues we faced during our experience.
We ordered zingers with sweet chili sauce on top with a side of fries, a salad with extra balsamic dressing, 35 fried shrimp with extra cocktail sauce, and baby-back ribs. We expected the zingers to come out first, like any appetizer would but our first issue was that they came out at the same time as the rest of our food. Second issue was they gave us bbq sauce on the side instead of sweet chili. Third issue was they brought 1 ranch dressing for the salad instead of 2 balsamic dressings. Fourth issue was they only brought out 1 cocktail sauce instead of 2. Everything tasted fine but nothing outstanding.
Meanwhile, once we put in our orders to our waiter, he was no where to be seen for 30 minutes. We got our food 20 minutes after ordering, and waiting 10 more minutes until he came by to refill our drinks. At that point we didn’t even bother telling him all the mistakes with our food. We understand there can be mistakes that occur when the waiter puts our order in or in the kitchen, but 4 mistakes plus no waiter service was unacceptable to us.
We still left a 20% tip, because we know these services need to pay bills too. But we wish we had a better experience. Also noticed there were two printing mistakes on the menu, couldn’t tell you what the prices are. I hate giving bad reviews but there was no way around it here. Not sure if we’ll...
Read moreWe arrived on a Friday night around 7:15 pm and wanted a seat outside because of Covid. There was a spot at the patio with not a lot a crowd. The waitress was very quick to take the order. I tried ordering the gunness Blonde, but then she came back stating it wasent available. I named 4 more beers which was unavailable too. As a keg owner myself, I understand the issues maintaining these kegs and most probably, the company might not be producing these kegs due to the pandemic. I ordered for a Heineken and I am 100% sure it wasent Heineken, because I have been drinking that since I was 12. Basically I removed the star because of the unavailability of beer. The reason why I removed the 2nd star, might not the entire the venues fault. There was this person who played these awesome song on the jukebox, but the only problem was that each some was minimum on 10 mins. For example , he started off with In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida (In A Gadda Da Vida) by Iron Butterfly (which is 17 minutes long) and followed it up with Shine On You Crazy Diamond which was 13 minutes long. I got really suspicious when the jukebox started to play When The Wild Wind Blows (I think it was that , a 11 minute song) and followed by Guns n roses Coma (which is almost 10 minutes). To the person who did this, amazing trolling , but other people were waiting for their songs. I would request the managers to remove these long songs from the juke box. All in all fantastic experience. The service , ambiance and the food...
